Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Recently, we ordered a cake from here and were very disappointed with what we received. We ordered the oreo cookies and cream cake, and that was hardly what we got. If you look at the photo on the website, the cake looks great!! There are oreos placed around the top and oreo crumbles all around it! Instead, we got a plain white cake with cones around the sides and a few oreos stuck on the sides as well. Not at all what is advertised. I would expect this from Walmart, but for the price paid, I should be receiving exactly what I ordered and what is shown on the website.

We stopped in and tried the sugar-free caramel swirl. First after we made our order we were then told couldn't do a milkshake because it was too Frozen. But really the ice cream was just bad. Had a horrible texture very gritty even left the mouth Raw. Really there was no good flavorings to it it definitely didn't taste like vanilla or caramel or a swirl of both whatever sweetener or ingredients they use just did not go well together. We ended up throwing most of it out. Maybe the regular ice cream is fine but if it's for sugar-free I would suggest look elsewhere.

First time trying it and it was great!
The gentleman that helps us was very bice and polite! With a very helpful attitude and warm smile! I tried the Sea Salt Caramel Tofu small tipped over a cup! Excellent! Definitely going back! Thank you!

Chocolate Turtle . . . Absolutely delicious...chocolate ice cream full of pecan halves and caramel in a crisp waffle cone! My all time favorite!

The ice cream is tasty and better quality than average store bought. The half gallon is overpriced at almost $18.00. The business could use some owner attention to important details that I’m sure they are aware of.

Why do businesses continue to allow the bratty little c u next Tuesday type of girls work the register and be the face of their brand??
Short fake blonde straight up told us "No." She didn't want to make something we ordered because she didn't want to clean up.
Even worse, the previous week, we made the same simple request, and they were more than happy to do their job.
I hate how one terrible person can ruin it for everyone, but we definitely won't be coming back.
