Went at 3pm during the week and the store wasn’t open, hours posted on the window & Google Maps said they were open until 9pm. I have tried multiple times since to call the shop & it’s an automated answer saying “No routes found.”

Wanted to stop here to have a special treat with my husband and our son, we made sure to look up the hours before we arrived when we got there the sign hours posted on the door say 12 to 9pm and they were closed. We showed up at 5:30 someone needs to fix the hours if you're not going to be open when you say you're going to be open, that is not good business at all! This is now the second time that we've shown up within the posted store hours and you were closed, please fix this issue!!!

An ice cream shop with a modern twist. Waffle cones are actual waffles that are made when you order. This gives an interesring hot and cold mixture of taste.

I really thought the shop was cute and colorful. The counter person was nice too. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it's pricier than a lot of other places I've been to. For a drink i expected more like 6 bucks but i ended up spending 9.

This place is so welcoming and good! Lots of people complain about not liking it, but it just depends on what you get. This place likes exploring new twists on things. I recommend eve if you don’t like something,give it another try with something else. It may be a bit more that what your expecting to pay but ♀️ I find it very much so worth it! Great place to go with Friends!

Okay, so the food was too sweet for my taste (not shocking, I know). But the customer service was so friendly I would gladly give this place an extra star! Mango tea was a perfect flavor for me, grilled cheese donut was fantastic, and even the painfully (literally went home and brushed my teeth) sweet ice cream had great novelty.

A large group of our friends (about 25 of us) all met up here right at opening on a Saturday. Even though we completely took over, and hadn't been kind enough to give them any advance warning (which they later said an IM or call would've been welcome and we really should've thought of) the staff was as amazing as the food and drinks!

The iced mocha tea with strawberry boba was very good. My daughter got the strawberry with mango. She didn't like it so she shared mine I would've switched but the strawberry tasted really chalky!

This a fun and inviting place. I went in for a bubble tea. Yum! :D They also serve icecream and other treats. Definitely will plan another visit soon.
sweet girls. but the boba was pretty bad..got iced taro, and it was too much powder, i couldnt even drink half of it. my friend got a blended mango boba and she said it tasted like perfume, she literally had to waste the entire drink. i didnt get to try the waffle desserts, ill probably come back to give it a try.

Fun and delicious treats you won't find around Lakeland. I had a coconut tea with boba, very good. They were out of a few items when I went, but overall worth checking out!

The bubble waffle dessert was amazing! I can't wait to go back and try the Galaxy donut! â¤ï¸ Food looks great too, can get some really unique items there. My friend got a glazed donut grilled cheese and a boba tea.

I had the iced mocha tea. It was absolutely undrinkable. The aftertaste was so foul I had to stop somewhere else and get a water on the way home just to get the nasty taste out of my mouth!
