I made a pick up order was supposed to be ready at 4:30 entered the building at 4:20 and they told me it was being bagged up. I proceeded to wait there for 15 more minutes and the lady came around to tell me that she told them to bring it out front and they never did terrible customer service.

I’m a U.S. Army Veteran, and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Lakeland on Veterans Day to take part in their advertised offer for veterans—a complimentary order of 10 wings when dining in. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
I was accompanied by my disabled disabled child, who is autistic and experiencing a meltdown at the time, which made it impossible for us to dine inside the restaurant. I explained the situation to the manager and asked if an exception could be made so that I could still receive the offer, given the circumstances. The manager showed absolutely no empathy or understanding and refused to accommodate us in any way.
To be clear, it would have been no different than me dining in, receiving the wings, and immediately asking for a box to go—which is something any other guest could easily do. Instead, I was turned away and made to feel dismissed and disrespected, despite being a veteran and a parent doing their best in a difficult moment.
It’s disheartening to see a company that claims to honor veterans show such a lack of compassion or flexibility, especially toward those with special-needs families. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings reviews its policies and trains its staff to handle situations like this with more understanding and respect in the future.

By doing so, she ensured that the underlying issue is corrected not just in my case, but for any future guest who may require similar attention or accommodations. This service here is always fantastic and very Welcoming to their Guests. Awesome place to watch a Game of your choosing with the hundreds of TV's they have in any Direction you look. Out standing choice of craft beers & domestic drafts that Are always cold. Also plenty of tablets to keep the kids Entertained. I can always count on having a great time With my family when we come here. 😀 _5yrs later.. this place has got bad since and isnt worth the price anymore 😕

Great customer service. I made a carry out order placed by phone. The staff was courteous and very helpful with my custom order. I did not have to wait long when I came to pick up my order. The seating area was clean and organized. I will eat in on my next visit. Highly recommended.

The food was absolutely amazing and delicious but the waitress we got was horrible. I don’t know if she thought we wasn’t going to tip her or we was going to have a bad attitude towards her but she just wasn’t good at her job. I hate when servers look at a couple and act like we’re not going to tip them so they treats us differently.

She was attentive, friendly, and made the entire visit enjoyable. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be served by her again.
