It's sad when it's this slow and the service is still this terrible. Took forever just to get drinks ordered, wallets away as we wanted to order an appetizer, brought salads out with the meal instead of beforehand, and just no personality from the waitress who looked miserable the whole time. Thank god we don't live in this area and will never come back

So my family and I are new to Lakeland, just moved from CT and we really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings so we decided to go to this one, despite the negative reviews. And let me tell you the reviews were right! Service was absolutely terrible. As soon as we walked in we picked a table and it was wet. My husband had to ask for napkins to dry it himself then our server just had a face the hole time which made us uncomfortable. After getting our meals we noticed we didn’t have any utensils so we asked for utensils and she only brought 3 forks when she took 4 orders. It was my husband and I with our 3 children. 2 toddlers and a newborn. So of course I had to eat with my hands because she only came so often. After that we asked for boxes for our food and they don’t hold much food and are super flimsy. On top of that it kept coming undone and food kept spilling out. Just overall not happy with the experience and knowing it was our first time there and giving it the benefit of the dout it definitely wasn’t worth the 70 we paid. And we could say we would never go to this place again. Overall listen to the reviews they’re there for a reason!

Is it only me? Been coming here because this is the only BWW closer but its like i have to almost fist fight them each and every single time for extra wet wings,, 98 percent of the time wings are crispy dry almost like dog treat bites kind of dry and no sauce, even when we ask the waitress to please make sure the make them wet,, they mistakenly dont do it ,,, for the past 8 years or so. Worst BWW.

We went there with another couple order food and 2 of our orders came ,we were almost done with the 2 and asked one of the waiters were the other 2 were and she goes we don't cook them by the table they come out in no order,the other order came we end up canceling the last one,should I mention wings were dry tasted overcooked, the taco was disgusting, we will never go back again.

Ordered takeout. Waited in line forever, with no server in sight.It was clear they are understaffed and overwhelmed. Forgot to give me the Buffalo wings, of all items, lol. I should’ve checked my order before leaving. Didn’t figure it out until it was too late. Refund will take 7-10 business days.

While waiting for our seat, there were 2 unattended children seated near the bar. The male child ( probably about 4 years old threw Mac & cheese at me with a spoon.I asked a staff member where the parents were.The mother was actually an employee. Mom with the pink hair came out and disciplined her children.This begs many questions, why would two children be left unattended in a dining room while mom is at work?For the remainder of our time at the restaurant, other waiters, and waitresses to supervise in the children.Well, overall, the food was good, the service certainly needed a little more attention. The washrooms were not the least bit clean, clearly there’s a deficit of front line supervision at this restaurant.

They gave me my order wrong to take away and I came back very hungry and after I return it 5 minutes pass and the one with the braids who serves the front is so mediocre that he comes to insist on me 5 minutes later I had to go to the car to look for my cell phone to show him the receipt After that they made me wait too long to give me my food and my lunch time was passed by an inept employee who was in the kitchen then the food arrived for everyone except me I feel like they punished me for returning the food to them I will give 1 star because I have no option for 0 to make matters worse the potatoes were cold and they did not give napkins

Waitress took more than 10 minutes to attend us, in a passive aggressive manner she told my family that there were No burgers, no iced tea beverages, no tacos, no sandwiches, and no salads. What kind of Buffalo chicken restaurant not serve these kinds of foods? When I asked for strawberry lemonade the waitress told me that she will not refill my drink. I took my services to Chillis and experienced way better customer service and got more bang for my buck.
