Wife & I come here at least once a month. This is hands down the best Burger restaurant that we've ever known. Burgers & fries are so delicious. They have a great variety of sauces. All the Staff have always been very friendly, very polite, & always very professional. I highly recommend everyone trying this place out. You'll be hooked! Everything at this restaurant is Awesome!

Burger 21 is usually a pretty good stop! They serve juicy burgers, thick and creamy milkshakes, and my favorite of all: sweet potato fries.
I come back here again and again for those sweet potato fries. The best part is that Burger 21 has a bunch of different sauces, one of which is a marshmallow sauce. Yep, that’s right. Marshmallow sauce with sweet potato fries?! It’s not heaven, but close to as good as it’ll get.
Their milkshakes are good too. They have rotating seasonal ones that are fun flavors. And even their salads are decent if you don’t want a burger- the cobb salad will actually fill you up.
I’d say the one bad thing here is they can be pretty slow. Whether it’s busy or not, it can take a long time just to order and then to also get your food. But it’s usually worth the wait.

The company I work for will occasionally order lunch once a month. Someone keeps deciding to choose burger 21 (for whatever reason). However, someone is always getting their meal messed up. We have it delivered so unfortunately, we don't notice until it is too late. I understand things happen, but this has already happened 3 times at the Lakeland Location. It is as if their employees do not double check their orders before sending off nor give a refund for the items that were not received.

The Lakeland Burger21 no longer cooks burgers medium well. We have gone every Wednesday night for months and months but were shocked when corporate policy changed. We chose well done and they were burnt, hard. We will not be returning. What specialty burger restaurant refuses to make medium well burgers????????? -Sandy Clark

Always an A-mazing burger or buffalo chicken (on a lettuce bun) when we go to Burger 21. Their service is always fast, even when we have large orders. We don't go out or pick up food all the time, but this is one spot we know we can always count on being a great experience.
We took a group of 24 middle/high school students to Burger 21 for dinner. The staff was incredibly efficient at getting our meals out and so very kind. Food was delicious!

Three of us recently went here. I had read about it before. I must say it was probably the best cheeseburger and fries I've ever had and I've had a lot. We took our grand daughter. It is quite expensive! $55 for the three of us. Could not afford a tip! Sorry! I try not to complain if the food is that good. I would highly recommend it if you can afford it.

They removed the thai shrimp burger, thats disappointing. Service was not great. Had to ask for our drinks twice. Got the text mex burger that wasn’t good at all. Everything went down hill. Bring the thai shrimp burger back.
