Burger 21 has become my ultimate burger haven. Their juicy patties and creative flavor combinations never fail to impress me. Add to that the warm atmosphere and the attentive staff, and you've got a winning combination that keeps me coming back for more.

Great food here. I am a vegetarian and their Impossible burger is yummy. My husband loves the Tex-Mex burger. We both like the sweet potato fries. The staff is super friendly. We bring our dog and sit outside on the covered patio.Vegetarian options: IMPOSSIBLE BURGER

It had been a while since I had been to Burger 21. Personally I don't like the kiosk ordering, and when you ask somebody a question they seem to be uninterested, or too busy to acknowledge you. Although the burgers are still very good they are not what they used to be. But for me with my last experience the thing that turned me off the most was The gentleman with the two birds on his shoulders and the two streams of bird poop down his back LOL not really a sight I'd like to see while I'm eating a burger.

We had 4 kids and 2 adults. We spent one hundred dollars. The chicken nuggets were good. Sweet potato fries were shoe string. Hubby said his burger was salty. The banana foster shake was good.

I was passing through on foot and decided to get a milkshake. Cashier mumbled (I'm also deaf in one ear) and got frustrated when I could not hear. I was waiting up near the kiosks (because the place looks takeout friendly) when the server screams my name and the entire dining room stops and looks. Its evident that this was not a normal call out. I'm sorry its so hard to service a take out customer. I'll be sure to never come back.

First time food tasted ok. Within 15 mins of eating I got sick. Got delirious, dizzy fuzzy headed and passed out. Friends were about to call 911 but I came to not knowing what happened. I then got sick and lost all my food couldn't keep it down (looked like some oily product in the food) It seems like I was drugged or something was seriously wrong with the burger or the Gùcamole. It was the weirdest experience ever!

I just went there today and the gentleman who was cashiering asked if we had ever been there before and we said "no". He then asked if I wanted reg or sweet pot fries and I asked if there was a dipping sauce for the sweet pot fries and he shrugged. Never told us there was a condiment bar or anything else. Then the food came and the runner placed my husbands tray down but threw mine down where some of the fries actually came off the tray, not even an apology. $33.00 of bad service, blah food and I will never step foot in there again!
