This place has gone downhill. Especially the food and workers. Dont you dare go at night its even worst. They think there slick cleaning everything early and telling customers there not serving things that should be available. Serving nasty fries as well cold as ever. If your not going to do your job right get a new job. Waited forever for cold food. This place used to be good. Don't waste your money.

Went after seeing a movie at the theater. I was served by Quavian. He was making the food fresh and I so appreciate it! I could tell he was working hard and he had a pleasant demeanor about him even late at night and while being busy. He made sure I had the right order and that the order was hot and fresh! Impressed by his work ethic, I asked him for his name so I could encourage him on this review. Thank you for working hard Quavian and for making my after movie, late night meal the best in a long time! I’ll definitely be back!!

I my self had no problems other than the long wait but, I understand. They had only one guy taking orders and preparing food for walk-ins. 3 other people for like drive thru 🤷♀️ I feel bad but they are doing the best they can with no employees.
🧐 I will say that while sitting here a total of 3 people came from the drive thru to correct their orders. 😬 guess the 3 ppl working on drive thru were doing it wrong.
No complaints for the one guy on the walk ins.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time my fiance sat in the drive thru for an hour to get not only cold food but also items left out of his bag that he ordered!! Im sorry but it does not take an hour to make a sandwich some fries and a couple wraps....do better!!

Every single time we order from this location something is always wrong with our order. We only ever order online and there is never anybody else in line! So tell me how they manage to always forget items or get them wrong!?! Also they never even start our order until we pull up even when nobody else is there. Just today we ordered and they forgot our side of onion rings and a large coke and a chocolate Oreo shake. She hands us our food and immediately leaves so we didn’t even get to tell her she forgot half our order until she finally decided to come back and see why we hadn’t left. When she returns with our drinks they gave us the wrong shake but we ended up just leaving. This happens every single time we order from this location and they never offer refunds only “credit for your next order” that expires by the time we decide we could try ordering from here again.

Went 9/23/25 every single person was so polite even though they were super busy! Everyone was just above excellent for my entire interaction I hope everyone working there knows how great they are and the pure eloquent and professionalism they displayed was exceptional!

WTH happened to this place?! Worst BK around. Went in for lunch had to wait about 20 minutes just to order. Took, what i assume was the manager, about 45 minutes to count drawers. Food was some how cold. Totally unprofessional staff, include MOD, with her kid in the lobby. Poor kid must've been there for hours! Weird altercation with a staff member. One poor guy waited so long he just had to get a refund and leave. Then manager comes out and his scolding her crew for the food build up but yet there is none to bag it. Shame this one has gone down hill.

Pulled up to the drive thru waited like five minutes before saying hello into the speaker finally I was answered. I ordered pulled to pay and the manager seemed as if helping me was an inconvenience. Plain Rude
Double whopper with. Cheese and bacon, onion rings and coke. We were so hungry that I didn't take photos!!! Lol They were made just as I wanted them. Delicious and hot.

This company probably doesn't care but why waste time having an app and ordering if the order is not started until you arrive and are checked in. I ordered 1 burger. That's it. I was on break and knew I would be rushed. I order at 710. I arrived at 725 to find out they do not start orders until you arrive. Now still standing here..... Waste of space on my phone if the app is that useless.
