I use to love this location but now the service has hit a all time low. Don't understand why continue to keep taking orders when your lines are backed up and no one's moving only the people who leaving the lines which now the orders are a mess and out of order. Lastly I don't understand why would you have to wait so long to take my order when I'm the only one in the drive thru. Once I arrive at the window, I'm waiting a very long time again. No one is saying anything. No customer service whatsoever. Just left sitting there

I didn't get my Onion rings But EVERYTHING ELSE was Perfect.
I'm truly disgusted, earlier today my father came here to get a whopper meal and after waiting for over 30 minutes for his food he gets it home to fi ally eat only to open the bag to find his food that he just got covered in gnats. How they could send out something so gross and unsanitary is beyond me but rest assured we will never return to such a place.

Terrible customer service, asked becky for fresh fries because mine were cold and instead of asking me to wait for the fresh batch to cook she just ignored me for about 5min making other peoples orders while the rest of my food got cold 👎🏼
