When i went to pickup my food the lady at the window told me to wait on the other side and forgot me?? And then when i got my food when i got home only then I realized... THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG BURGER! The only reason this is 2 stars is i was given a little extra food for waiting, still doesn't make up for having to scrape clean my burger and redo it at my house.

I went to this location today, ordered for me and my daughter the lady had the superbowl game loud couldn’t even hear my order through drive thru. I got home my fry’s were cold and old and very nasty it was sprayed with windex fluid or some type of chemical. I literally threw it out the soda was flat what a waste of money I called back the lady hung up on me twice and the third time she disconnected the line. Unbelievable if I get sick I’m surely going to file suite. My whopper sandwich we’re cold she refused to give me my receipt slammed the window on me. Never again coming to this location ever, don’t come here they are racist to Hispanics.

Very very bad service the crew in the night take a long time to serve you they make you wait and wen you drive to the back there all smoking weed and then they give you everything wrong for soda they gave me seltzer water this place is horrible

I've been to some pretty awful Burger King restaurants but this one tops them all. Saw one of the cooks hanging outside with some friends (not on break) instead of actually cooking inside. I know this because he ran inside as soon as I approached the drive-through. The cashier looked and sounded as though she was high. Ordered a chicken sandwhich, attempted to eat said sandwhich only to realize the bread was as hard as a ROCK. When I complained about the hard bread and asked to replace the bread, the manager can be heard (from inside the restaurant) completely erupting into anger as if I was in the wrong. She literally yelled from the inside the restaurant telling the cashier to have me drive back around to the drive through! This made no sense to me. This was such an awful experience. Sorry to say but what a trashy place with trashy leadership. Never again will I go to this restaurant. Thanks for nothing.

"Didn't have specials on menu" pickle fries. Yet as I was leaving I heard one girl tell the person in back to drop pickle fries. They didn't have the Mexican street corn burger or the others. I guess they were just waiting for me to leave to make the burgers. 🤔😒

I bought three of the 5.00 meal deals The fries and nuggets were sooooo hard and old we could only eat the burgers. Tried to call in to tell them and no answer. Money wasted... Will not return to this location

Have 2 separate orders one for me and one for my wife. I asked for a ranch and a buffalo but then they started throwing a fit saying I had to pay for one because you can only get one free sauce per order but I had to separate orders. I swear these minimum wage workers patty flippers think they own the world or showing the reason they can only get a job at Burger King.
