Your customer service is SO abysmal I am here to comment about it.
You have hard working people itching for work but you decide to be a crass personality .
You demanded my order and made me feel rushed. I watched as you deligated your task to one of your employees and then I watched as you barrated another in the back.
The smileless faces tell a story of your work ethic. Becky if you can't do your job I know people who can and will do so happily!

Technically this deserves a 1 star. However Scott did what he could. The manager i hardly see working, and its 10pm right now and I know it's closing but like Scott is handling the kitchen and front. Manager should step in when there is a customer in line, let the guy focus on one thing like come on. Poor guy. He works as fast as he can and I know it's slow service when it's busy but he does what he can. Scott you deserve this 5.

Would give 0 if I could ordered online for delivery took over a hour and the food was ice cold and called the store 8 times and no one would answer placed a online complaint and was only offered a $5 coupon for $30 worth of food now I see why they are loosing so much business because the customer service is absolutely horrible
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I pulled up with no other cars in the drive through and they made we wait 2-3 minutes to order. When I pulled up to the first window to pay, I waited 1-2 minutes and there was no one there so I started to pull up and I was told to back up. When I pulled up, there were 2 people on their phones not doing anything and I had to wait 3-4 minutes for my food, and my fries were cold so I asked for new fries. The worker was rude and said “well gimme them and pull around”. I sat outside for almost 10 minutes and someone came out to smoke and be on their phones. After that, no one came out with hot fries so I went in and asked for them. I got cold fries again. Do not go to this location, just go to McDonald’s. They are rude and don’t care.

I had a very bad experience with the manager at Burger King. One day I went and sat down for a while and she told me that I had to leave if I wasn't going to buy anything. The worst thing was that she said it to me out loud in front of several people. I told her not to be rude because I've bought a lot there. I told her that I wouldn't buy anything else and her response was that she wasn't interested in my money. Creo que se llama Maribel.

The manager there is beyond rude! How she told me and my sister we can't sit there because we didn't buy anything, yet allowed another woman to sit there when she hadn't purchased anything either. Just because the other woman was Hispanic just like her! If this is how prejudice the management treats customers then she shouldn't be working there!!

food is what you expect. One time I had a perfectly good crispy chicken sandwich but today I was given a chicken wrap with long buns. Wish she would have taken a couple dollars off my meal. Service is good, friendly workers. Manager is professional and he is great at resolving things. Atmosphere is 1 star. Needs upgraded seats. I feel gross sitting in the booths and chairs as they are filthy and covered with germs and visible filth.

Can’t believe this just happened at Burger King that is inside Walmart. I placed an order, and when I looked at my receipt, there was a $3 donation added as an extra charge. I asked the cashier about it, and she said she gave me an 86-cent discount (which wasn’t even on the receipt) and added the donation herself to help reach her goal—without asking me at all.
Just a heads-up: always check your receipts. You never know what’s getting added on.

Have to say that that burger can inside the warmer, it's nasty, they have roaches. I seen the managers buying spray for the roaches, and the manager is a really disrespectful woman. She doesn't respect others and she needs to respect the clients. She comes to walmart to get in trouble.People from warmlmart . She's at the lady that doesn't respect nobody. Be careful what you eat at that burger. King they have roaches and worms..Her name is Maribel..she a really disrespectful person...

Doesn’t let me do zero star but if I could I would I went at night first they were mopping no wet floor sign my son almost tripped second the lady basically tried to tell us they were closed since they were mopping cleaning ect I still proceeded because it was a whole hour before they actually had to close when I walked to the register the lady walked away started doing something different when she completely saw us didn’t say anything at all not no give me a minute nothing ended up leaving horrible customer service won’t be coming back.
