Why are we being asked to pull around the front from the drive thru? Absolutely ridiculous. Takes longer to get your food. No one in the parking lot or drive thru behind me the last several times I've been there. I'm done going to any BK in my county. This is probably why the parking lot and drive thru are always empty. WHY HAVE A DRIVE THRU.....

No lights on outside almost didn't stop and it's all the time It's almost like they don't want anybody to stop and it's very unsafe. It's kind of scary but luckily the area is not so bad or else I wouldn't stop at all And I have pictures to prove all of it. It's ridiculous that you got the associates. Just staying around dancing like you got five cars. Waiting on food and everybody standing around dancing. It's ridiculous

Also, I paid $20 for one milkshake two large fries, a Coke and a snack wrap. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our order after the workers had us wait in the front of the building because we didn’t want to set their timer off at the window. I got half of a chicken tender inside of my nugget that was so burnt. It was almost hard. The french fries had absolutely no flavor or salt on them nor were they hot after having to wait 20 minutes I assume we are waiting on something fresh! The guy forgot the milkshake and had to make an additional trip out there. I got no receipt for my order. And there was hardly anybody in the building or in line for food. I don’t understand what was the hold up or why we couldn’t even get decent order. Hands-down worst Burger King experience we’ve ever had.

I ordered a Big Fish meal. The food was overcooked, they guy behind the register was obviously not happy to be there and he took a really long time to bring my order to the counter.
I like BK's menu better than McDonald's. But BK just fails when it comes to quality control. With McD's prices shooting upward and diminishing product sized, this is a perfect time for BK to shine. Instead they set up a franciese and never come back for a visit. This has been a problem in various locations throughout the southeast USA for several years now.
** C'mon BK! You have customers depending on you! **

Stopped by this BK twice this week and my order wasn’t right either time. The first time I was asked to pull over and wait for food to be brought out to the car. Waited over 10 minutes and when they brought it out I still had to walk in and get the two items that were left out of the bag. 2nd visit was busy in the drive thru so as a courtesy I got my food and drove home to Lakeland. Got home and the Two orders of chicken nuggets were nowhere to be found. Sorry kids, no chicken nuggets. Paid for them, but didn’t receive. LIVE & LEARN!! Will not be back.
The top bun of my whopper was burnt and black. It also had been crushed so it didn’t even cover the entire hamburger. Worst meal I have ever gotten in my 40+ years of going to Burger King. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving something like that.
