They left out some of our order. Please be proactive and start hiring people who can count. It's so simple a monkey can do it. I'm getting tired of driving back to the location to pickup the rest of what I paid for. The mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Delivery instructions were completely ignored by delivery driver. Order was left where I said specifically to NOT leave the order. Order was damaged as a result. BK didn't care; they ignored my complaint and refused a refund. Absolute worst customer service.

Have been here a few times and food half the time is not prepared correctly Also if you go through the drive thru even with no one in line the wait time is 5 min or longer while making you wait at the first windows so you don't mess up their wait time at the window unbelievable

Very poor service. When customers come in take their order immediately if not sooner. We don’t come inside to wait on drive through. People come in to be served not ignored. I didn’t order anything again this is the third time the service was bad.

Unbelievable... Used online app to place an order at 3:06pm, got to the location, drive through line was out in the road, doors to the interior were locked. Waited in line for 45 minutes, finally got to the window, asked why the lobby was closed, they said their manager Liz made that decision. Our area is recovering from Hurricane Milton, #1, we don't have gas to waste to sit in line to wait for food, #2, would be nice if the lobby were open, hundreds still without power would have enjoyed a nice cool place to sit to enjoy their meal. Will definitely be in contact with corporate offices once they open.

Very unprofessional and manager laughed because i wasnt physically able to walk in and grab my online order after i told them thru the drive thru i want able to. Last time i will eat there and i hope no ones goes thru the same. This place needs better management.

The people who work here are so rude and not very smart. They messed up my Uber eats order and tell me to blame Uber for messing up my order then the rude lady hung up on me when I asked for her name and corporates number. They can't count ,read or have manors, avoid this location

Manager was absolutely miserable, I asked for external tartar sauce on my fish sandwich I got nothing, the dish filet looked old not fresh, waste of time and money, 10.00 for this ? Does this look like extra tartar sauce? I think not! Ridiculous, never again . McDonald's is better service snd quality im making sure to spread the word this Burger King is absolutely horrible
