This location is iffy on quality of service. Sometimes, the orders are perfect and other times the order is screwed up. And consistenly out of certain drinks. If I order it on the app, it's not a guarantee that they have it in stock.

Came to this location, drive thru had 3 cars and no one inside. No greeting upon walking in. Waited over 5minutes for someone to take acknowledge us and take our order after being starred at a few times by the kid putting food together in bags (right in front of us!!) slower than a turtle crossing the street.. the gentleman who seemed to be working the drive thru went out of his way to help us and apologized for the wait .. he complimented the 2nd drink.. 2 people came in between us waiting to order and the kid jumped to help them and the lady who came in to order after us! FWD.. we got our food approx 13min later, the burger was cold, the cheesy tots were hot but soggy as mashed potatoes.

Went to this burger king this morning and purchased some cini minis...Only to discover when I got home they was raw and not cooked 🤬🤢...Had to go way back to Burger King to return them. When the worker Alicia looked at them she bushed it off as if that is how the back cooked them...Never toke accountability for them being raw...
I requested a refund and she tried to give me $3...without the tax I paid...She finally gave it....
I don't know why a burger king would be next to a Publix....The nerve to be next to a Publix is insane knowing your standards are nowhere close.... The worst thing that could have been build is a burger king 🤮🤢

Me and my bf went around 5:10 and didn’t leave until 5:30 just to only order 4 cookies. I finally got closer so the workers could see me and notice the mad look on my face and all he did was turn around and hand me the cookies in 5 seconds, but the hispanic i’m guessing manager? took my order and just walked away on his phone. ridiculous.

For a regular drink & a lg. French fry was over $7 that's really ridiculous

DO NOT BOTHER GOING INSIDE TO ORDER THEY WILL NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU STANDING AT THE COUNTER! Only way we would of been able to get food from here is to drag our camper through the drive thru. Which was NOT going to happen.
