Guy that took my paperwork was extremely rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't come here again just because of the way this guy acted. And for wanting to leave so bad he took a really long time to unload. And about as long to bring paperwork out. Very unprofessional. Only getting 2 stars because the first guy I talked to was at least nice about stuff
Arrived at 8pm for delivery, got door 11 assigned almost instantly, but then ,more than 3 hours and still waiting
Got checked in at door 13 nice people in out quickly
All supervisors are big liars supervisor shows favoritism andone supervisor in mindon the bread line is not professional only worried about what's being said on production floor always being involed in messy only worried about what others have going on instead of doing her job as leader..spend much time with family as possible don't miss days u get 10 points a year once that's gone your outta there..n they lie to you about having weekends off..
There is no specific training. New employees could hope that someone decides to put in the effort to help you. 90 % of ppl will not take the time to train you. I don't blame them because it's not their job to train, especially if they're not getting paid for it. I blame the company. Most supervisors are petty and have favoritism, which will affect your status in the company and how you are treated. Management does not hold the supervisors accountable if an employee gets injured or harassed, and if they do, then 100% sure the supervisors will retaliate and get away with it. Caucasian ppl should be aware that racist behavior is likely going to be directed towards them daily. While the pay is good, it is not worth it. 1st shift is mostly 8 hrs, but 2nd shift is anywhere between 11-13 hrs daily, although they claim it's 8 hr shifts. This company constantly requires you to work on your days off as well. With all that being said, Jomaurie is a great leader at Onin Temp Agency and will help you every step of the way (even against Crooked Flowers staff), and there was 2 handfuls of ppl that was helpful and decent in each department.
No overnight parking. Checked in at the door 49. There’s a sign that you need to call some number and press 0 or 3, but system tells that the mailbox is full, so you can just skip that part and knock on the door directly.
I had some black- wrapped pallets ,so they sent me to the door the 37 first and then to 49.
Not very tight.
A little tight but for my load dry van the receiving office is at door 49 a trailer was blocking the view of the receiving door but I figured it out. It took maybe 30 mins to unload me I also was a day early for my appt.
As a tanker driver (yeast) had to ally dock in,, some of the nicest and most helpful people I've dealt with!!!
poor working conditions - need to be improved here
The name is Nature's Own Bakery. It's owned by the Flower's Company. I had orientation there this morning for my new job on Mon.

I didn't work there. But I know someone who does. They them work on Easter. Unholy in my opinion. The building in NOT air conditioned except the offices. So if you want to work in 102 degrees on any given day, be made to work 12 hours if your back up calls out, not know what your schedule is until the out it up the day before. Get little to no training. Enjoy and apply.
Truckers, Receiving is at door 49 all the way around the building. Alley way is a bit tight so use caution. Also they're slow at unloading.
