I agree with the others about the shop itself. The lady that works at the counter is extremely rude and not at all helpful.
I haven't ordered a cake yet.. have had their baked goods (mediocre) and ice cream (you can buy anywhere.) Their cakes are GORGEOUS though

Waste of time. Hours listed 11am to 8pm but door is always locked and staff will refuse customers unless picking up preorder. Don't waste time

They make very beautiful cakes and delicious too. They are in downtown Lakeland. If you need any special occasion, holiday,birthday and etc. they are definitely the place to go. Check out their cakes on their website. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot fairly rate on food. However, when I went to pick up an order (not once but twice) the woman was preoccupied with her phone, didn’t have her tablet powered on to accept orders, and was very rude. Do not recommend placing orders for delivery until they have staff capable of handling the demand of orders.
