As soon as I walked in Charley's Smelt very clean and looked sharp for the interior!. The Manager immediately greeted us and was super Friendly! . Asked if it was our first time here and it was!!!. He immediately recommended me to the New peppercorn A-1 sandwich (as you see in the picture!) Which was very good and different!!. You definitely get alot meat in your sub which I like so the sandwiches here will get you full!!. The cheese bacon fries were okay! I love cheese and bacon don't get me wrong but this had too much cheese for me to handle..thus I couldn't finish them. But if your a cheese lover..then this is for you!!. Overall I enjoyed Charley's great service ,good atmosphere and big subs to get you stuffed!!! Not too expensive especially for what you get!!! Shout out to the manager super friendly and helped us find great sandwiches!

I've tried to eat here twice in the past 3 months, both times just before 7 pm. They said the grill was closed and only were serving fries and drinks. Just change your hours to 7, you obviously aren't going to fix this issue.

Went to order at 7pm on a Saturday and was told they were no longer serving sandwiches today because they close at 8. They were only serving fries and drinks by the guy at the register. I'm pretty sure that is not what is supposed to be happening, but here we are. Ownership and management really need to look at overhauling this location

Waited 15min for my order to be wrong. Had to ask for refund because I was on lunch and could not wait for another new order to be made. Customer service horrible, employees look lost.

We were kicked out of the restaurant immediately after getting our food, was told our order was correct even though we told the cashier multiple times it was wrong and had to have the manger come over to fix it, once we were able to eat the food was stale and everything was so hard to eat, and to top it all off the cook was very rude. I do not recommend eating at this facility, save your money for something better.

Waste of money. Spent 18 on 10 boneless wings, ultimate fries and drink. Fries were good but wings not so much. Plus was only given 1 dipping sauce for 10 wings. I hate when these employees act like they are paying for the condiments out of their paychecks. I won't go back.
