This location needs a makeover from top to bottom, starting with Employee's.
(1)Can't remember orders, (2)wait times are stupendously long, (3)No type of customer service. Employee's look mad as if your bothering them or talking a different language. (4)No type of cordination within what so ever.

Plus, I forgot my some of my cash.... so they gave me a deal on wings.. I wish I had more for a tip... those guys so DESERVED MORE $. And I got FRIES TOO!

I had a terrible experience at this Charlie’s Cheesesteak location. The food left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. While I was ordering at the drive-thru, the cashier was rushing me, sighing, and acting like taking my order was an inconvenience. The attitude was completely uncalled for. If you don’t like working in customer service, then maybe fast food isn’t the right job. I will never return to this store. Very disappointed. Thank goodness for Salems that is right across the street and though I had to pay a little bit more there customer service was phenomenal!
