Hard ass chicken patties on the edges every time. The food is usually way too salty, though lately it hasn’t been as bad. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes really slow, other times pretty quick. What I can’t stand are the upcharge tactics. They make it sound like a suggestion, but don’t even give me a chance to say what size meal or drink I want. They just tell me, lol.

I really wish I was able to get the young man’s name who spoke with me when I came to pick up my mobile order. He almost looked as if he was still in high school, but his mannerism was remarkable. I was not aware of how to pick up a mobile order due to the sign outback had fell over, but this employee went above and beyond my expectation by apologizing and redirecting me on how to pick up mobile orders from this location. Like I said, I really wish I got this young man’s name...

Went through the drive thru and order 1/2 pound bite box and spicy chicken. Everything was fresh and so delicious. The service was phenomenal. I didn't get the girls name working drive thru but she took my order quick. Then the manager Ryan oh he always puts a smile on my face. I loved how I could hear him telling his team that was working how great of a job they were doing. It's always good to hear managers speak to their employees like that. Not many places do that....
