ordered a champ burger either cheese meal and received an ice cold burger. the bun and the patty was as cold as the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. so i went back to the drive up to ask for a fresh, hot (or even WARM) burger. i was asked to pull around and one would be made fresh. upon receiving the new burger, it was just as cold as the last. as I was speaking to the apologetic lady, she was almost pushed out of the way by the cook (large black woman with silver or gold veneers wearing a red polo shirt) was now at the drive thru window YELLING at me and my elderly mother, who the burger was ordered for. we continued to restrain our frustration as we explained that the cheese on the burger was ice cold and hadn't even melted to the patty. the cook proceeded to scream at us while saying "we don't melt the cheese on the burgers".... um, if the patty is hot, the cheese naturally melts to the patty. but none the less, as other employees gathered around to APOLOGIZE for not only our inconvenience, but also for the cooks NASTY response to her own mistake, the cook continued screaming at us through the window cursing and belittling us to the point my elderly mother was almost in tears, appalled by the cooks reaction. this is the first time I've complained with a review of your establishment, unfortunately this is not the first time this particular employee has treated us this way. the first time was over being charged for 2 milk shakes when we only ordered AND RECEIVED one milk shake.
with the economy in the shape it's in, folks not able to afford extra costs ESPECIALLY while receiving poor quality food and absolute horrible service such as this, as for me and my family, we will NOT be returning to this location. as far as your cook (employee) with a super bad attitude along with her poor execution of quality food AND unexceptable customer service, she seemed to comfortable talking to and treating your customers like this, due to this being our 2nd run in with her, as a long time customer service employee myself, I suggest you find another cook before you lose all your customers.

I feel like every time we go something is messed up or we deal with an attitude from one specific employee. Got home to find the gave us the marinara but forgot the monsterella sticks. How? I’m not sure. Attempted to call TWICE and it rang through both times with no answer. It’s getting so old wasting money at this location.

Whoever was the dumbass who thought AI would work in a drive thru. Single handily turned me off of checkers and it's not worth the drive. Good was wind even after a read back of order

If you want to speak to a human to special order food it can’t be done. And when got to window and took drink I said it was ordered with extra ice. He said he put extra ice in it. Opened lid and five ice cubes. They don’t greet you n hand your food and walk away. They are not customer friendly from beginning to end. Don’t recommend this place. Burger was so saturated with mustard and sloppy threw it away and going down the street where food is presentable and service is kind

I was dashing and the order was supposed to be ready at 9:18 I arrived at 9:12 a employee came out asked me the name and went back in like usual. We'll I waited and waited and eventually 9:18 rolled around to cut the story short I didn't get the food until 9:41.

Tried the new brisket burger and also tried to order the Philly bites but was told it was to late... they we're upset because I only had a 50 dollar bill so I was going order more things that way they didn't have to worry about giving me back so much but they said it was to late..... my bread for my sandwich Not toasted the smallest thing I've EVER seen and for 12 bucks I was just like wooooow... and the fries we just sooooo old... I guess they was mad about they 50... but do better guys come on... I tried to give you more money but you said no 🤷♀️
