The staff at this location is always amazing and the food is always fresh! Tonight a lot of door dash orders came in and the line got backed up right as I arrived. People really had the audacity to start honking. The lady apologized to me and I said hey your fine it wasn’t me thinking and I already yelled at them to chill out. So take your time. Some people man… smh. So shout out to the patient staff tonight! Keep going your killing it.

No gloves on eating frys out of the tray that they were srving people. Finally put gloves on but continue with eating frys while we waited. Then other employee hung out of pick up window hollering cussing at customers. The wait was way to long need new employees and a dress code. Very unprofessional.

I never write reviews, just I had the most uncomfortable experience at this checkers around 9:30pm. Of course there were issues while ordering, what do you expect at fast food these days. When I got to the window the cashier said no words to me at all. Didn’t say hello, didn’t tell me my total. Weird. I handed her my cash with a smile cause I work a similar job, I know even a smile could improve someone’s mood. The woman in the front window never broke eye contact but never smiled or said a single word to me. I’m worried they messed with my food honestly just gonna trash it. When I called the store to speak with a manager he said he knew exactly what cashier I was talking about… and that just makes me wonder why the HELL you even have her up there? I let them know if I see her there I’ll just go somewhere else cause she can’t even open the window with a smile on her face. Get a job where people don’t have to see you lol

Lakeland 98N location, DO NOT GO THERE!! Let it shut down! Absolute worst service, rudest employees, they could not get and Oder right to save any of them. And if you try to get them to correct your order, they will call you names and try to embarrass you or say absolutely the rudest thing about you to another employee while the window is open!! And they will call you rude for wanting what you ordered! And finally they will for the 5th time hand you your order incorrectly and ask you what more could I possibly want?? Not one individual inside that store deserved the job that they have!!

Ordered Big Buford,LG. Fries got my burger fries were missing. Store 3107 @ 8:15pm. First time to have a problem.
Horrible. Tasted like freezer burnt food put into a microwave that had plastic still on it. Special requests ignored, no straws attitude. Fries were way too salty
