First time visiting the particular Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. Food was excellent and our waitress was exceptional despite having to serve multiple tables. Definitely, would go back and I highly recommend you visit.

We visited after lunch rush, they it took a long time for the food (chicken tenders) to come out. It was just ok. Our waitress really tried to make us feel comfortable. Maybe we’ll try during rush hours.

The place is great for comfort food. We eat there with a group of friends. Occasionally, the thing I hate the most is that you have to use a little computer to pay your bill. So it's not something that we like, and so we don't come here that often. We like to be able to pay the waitress. I mean, you stand in there with 5 to 10 people or more as a group waiting for the person to help each person check out. It's just a lot We'd like to be visiting not sitting around watching somebody. Try to check us out with a little computer.So I steer clear of places like applebee's, in places with these little computers on the table to check you out. If we go out to eat, we're looking for great food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. We don't want to bag our own groceries every time we shop nor wait on ourselves at restaurants 😒.

We asked the waitress to ignore us if she had other places to be. We were there to catch up with old friends. She treated us so well, only checking with us when she noticed our drinks were low. Then, at just the right time, she asked if we were ready to put in a food order, which we were. The food was great, the place was quiet and clean. It was just what we needed to spend an afternoon with friends.

First few times we ordered take out it was awesome, but last few times we ordered they always seem to forget something, weather it's toppings on the sides or the sides all together it's always something. Talked to the manager Shawn a couple times and he says it's because of new people and lack of training. If it's more than chicken tenders or fries rest assured they will either over cook or miss something on your order.

I’m rating this 3 stars because if you go in to eat, the restaurant is 10/10. Service is always excellent. Food is wonderful. Atmosphere is nice- I enjoy going here with friends! If I based it solely off of their carry out- I wouldn’t even give a star.

We order to go for my workplace, and I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be able to get an order correct if their lives depended on it. Every single time I’ve ordered to go here something is cooked very badly, or part of my order isn’t even there. There is a lack of communication somewhere in the carry out area. The last time, about a month ago, I called in to speak to a manager (I believe his name was Joey) because my food was so overcooked I could not cut it with a knife. The manager said since I wasn’t there in person they couldn’t refund me but would email me a gift card to cover the cost of the meal, that never came in. I let it go, I’m not going to beg or harass them to fix it. Well, tonight they forgot part of my order and my meat was extremely undercooked.
Calling clearly won’t fix anything, so I’m posting a review. It’s just disappointing because this is one of my favorite restaurants, and with my work schedule and living an hour away it is really the only opportunity I have to eat here, so with how rarely I can get it I just want it to be good, and it hasn’t been.

If you’re going to enjoy Cheddar’s at this location, do yourself a favor and eat in.

I am surprised to find out that your Whitefish is Swai, which is the cheapest fish you can buy. I thought you were serving Haddock, Flounder or Cod. I guess I'll stick with Culver's
