Lousy staff. Restaurant was not busy and it took over 30 minutes to get dinner served to our group of 4 adults. Food was cold and server was not helpful in getting a manager when requested. I should not have tipped her but did anyway. My bad.

we were shopping close by and thought to have dinner there. We're pretty easy going people and they needed us to be patient in deed. There was constant miscommunication between what we ordered and what was brought out or even when it was brought out. Everything took longer than expected but it was okay since we weren't in a hurry but it was still not acceptable. The appetizers came out without plates and forks, then we had if our drinks could be brought to us, then when we got our dinner (much, much later) the dinner sides all came out at different times, twice the wrong thing was brought out and nothing was taken off the bill. The service was so incredibly blundered that it would have been easier to go home and cook something. It seemed that the whole time we were attempting to keep the staff focused on providing the food and drinks we requested.... it didn't seem to be a wait staff issue alone as there seemed to be issues with how and when the kitchen was sending things out. Maybe they were understaffed - I don't know but I don't think I would go to this location again.

New crop of workers, and perhaps management. We got as far as salads and appetizer and never saw our server again. We walked out an hour later. No food. We will not be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how generous the portions were at the Lakeland location. I’ve never received that much food when visiting the Orlando one. Everything was delicious, and the service was truly noteworthy. Definitely a great experience!

We have only been to Cheddars twice and both times it was a pleasure. No complaints at all. Service was exceptional, food was perfect, atmosphere was great. We will be back.

They change their food too much. As soon as you find something you like. Next time they won’t have it. Usually what they replace it with isn’t as good. Cheese curds are disgusting with ranch dressing!!

We had ciarra as our server and she was great, very nice and genuine, and she took care of us very well. We did order a steak and it was unfortunately fatty so we did send it back but ciarra took care of it and had it switched out for chicken and rice. The chicken and rice was bought out very quickly. The rice was a little overcooked but still good and flavorful. Overall it was a great experience, the food was really good, and once again ciarra was absolutely amazing.
