I typically come here because it’s close to the house but I will never be back. I placed an order over the phone and asked how much it was and was given a total. I said ok and she said 20 minutes. Was never asked if I still wanted the order, which I did, or anything. I arrive about 30 minutes later and my food is not ready because she was told to cancel the order. Confused on why, I asked who told you to cancel the order. She said she think it was a misunderstanding but still confused on how because I never said cancel. I just wanted to know my total because my kids were trying something different. So I ask do I have to wait another 20 mins because I didn’t want to and still confused on why the order was ever cancelled if I never requested it to be cancelled. So they start scrambling and then she wants me to pay without giving me a timeframe of how much longer I’m going to be waiting. I tell her I will pay when I know my food is being cooked. I came in with nothing but my phone and card and was already aware of what I was about to pay so I was prepared but then that became an issue. A cook from the back became irate and started yelling saying get the food or get out. They start speaking to each other in their language and then she comes back to me. I’m like is there an issue and she is like no and apologizes however the cook is still carrying on. He’s yelling at the top of his lungs with rice flying out of his mouth. I asked is this how they conduct business because if I returned his energy I would be wrong when I’m coming to patronize their business. The cook kept going and telling me to get out while the lady at the front was trying to get me to pay without telling me how much longer it would be. The cook continued and then I matched his energy and yelled back at him and that’s when he said call the police. I told him to and then the lady tried to stop him because she knew I hadn’t done anything wrong. She then said the cook isn’t going to cook the food which was fine at that point because I didn’t want it anymore but thought I should share my experience with this horrible customer service and partial discrimination because why would you cancel a $50 order and then force me to try and pay while you have an employee literally loosing his mind because THEY messed up. Literally nuts. Will not be back

I bought the beef and broccoli and the beef was chewy and pink on the inside and when I notified them the cook in the back started yelling in Chinese or whatever he is and told me that that’s how it’s supposed to be im never going to eat there again Second time
