Wish there was a condiment station where I could get napkins since they don’t put any in the bags. Wish I could order and pickup my food at the counter. Other stores have gone back to normal, why not here?

Was asked by waitress if our order has been taken. I told her no she walked away took 6 other tables orders never returned to take my order. I had to go to the counter after waiting 15 minutes were a gentleman took my order. Not very happy customer

I'm just aggravated this makes 2 times this week you've forgotten something basic with my order, parfait with no spoon or granola? Chicken biscuit with half a biscuit on top. It's inconvenient to be a couple miles down the road before you realize you're expected to drink your parfait.
