I come to this Chick-fil-A location on South Florida Avenue frequently for breakfast, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. My order is often incorrect, which is frustrating, especially when I’m paying for specific items. A recurring issue is that my berry parfait is missing the granola, which seems like a small detail but happens almost every time.
I also visit the Plant City location regularly, and the difference in service and accuracy is significant. That team is consistently attentive, friendly, and gets orders right.
At this location, there seems to be a lack of attention to detail, and some employees come across as unfriendly. What’s most concerning is that even during slower times, like this morning when it wasn’t busy at all, the order was still wrong.
I hope management can take a closer look at consistency, accuracy, and overall customer service, because this location has a lot of potential but is currently falling short.

This is the newest location almost out on Shepherd Rd/S FL Ave intersection. A step above the other fast food joints. I had a Cobb Salad w/chicken nuggets on top with a chocolate milkshake. Excellent choice as it was crisp and fresh. The service, as usual, was top notch.

Food came out quick. But with no napkins, sauce, silverware, or straws. The salad didn’t include any of the toppings or the dressing either. Had to go home to eat this.. kind of defeats the purpose of a drive through/fast food.

Good aside from the guy who took our order. A little understanding goes a long way,and talking about a customer to all the other customers is not very professional.
Really grateful that they did not kick me out for changing out of my 10k gear in the vathroom before sitting down to order food, so they get 5 stars from me.

I am a little disappointed with this location. I’ve just seen things go down hill. The service isn’t how it used to be, the foods presentation has been slacking slightly, and the inside is just overly crowded. Not to mention the last few times I have dined here my food has been cold and the fries are never full. I remember when you would order a large fry that would be exactly what you’d get. Now when you order that you’re maybe getting a medium amount in a large sized box. I know if Mr. Brickhouse was served something like this it would be a problem, so why let your loyal customers experience it.
