I used the love coming here, now not so much. Every time I’ve been within the last 4 months something is either missing, or rung up incorrectly or just wrong. When I call to get it put in the system they confirm it’s in there and when I go to pick it up they say “oh we don’t have it in the system” crazy. The customer service is 😬 at best, I don’t even get rushed like this at McDonald’s. It’s less about connection and more about how many cars they can get through the line and how fast they can do everything. Which domino effect causes the order accuracy to decrease. Hopefully they will be less concerned with their numbers and rushing everyone through and go back to the root of Chick-fil-A which is to provide excellent service and make connections with the guests again.

Pleasantly surprised by the amazing service! We came in almost before closing tonight and the girl was so sweet. I wish I got her name, but she apologized for the wait but we barely had to wait at all, we still were given a gift card which was totally unexpected but above and beyond. Thank you!
