Having only been to Chick Fil As in the mall, this was a very pleasant surprise. Teah was an awesome treat from the greetings to the quality check. Yes, quality check at a fast food place! Teah is the reason we will return.

Ok CFA, you never fulfill sauce requests! 100% of my orders are filled wrong, that destroys the very idea you have good service. This is pervasive, I have been to CFA in different cities and you guys seem to get orders and things wrong a lot everywhere. I know you are busy but there are a legion of workers doing nothing but assembly. We know you par cook the chix in batches and must assemble sandwiches periodically. Take 10 secs to make the order right plz? I think Pollo Campero grilled and fried sandwiches have more flavor. Yes I am saying it, CFA is not the be all end all of chicken or Chix sandwiches and if you think they are drive to Tampa and give it a try. Actually Pollo Campero also has higher yelp and tripadvisor scores than most CFA. In lakeland though IDK, it might be a CFA town, Popeyes wants again to argue about sauces (even if I am willing to pay like 25-40 cents o Per and they got rid of Cajun Sparkle I mean why? So CFA might win this town overall which is sad. I feel bad because Kai at this location knows when I see him its always you forgot to add sauces and I am missing something like Mac and Cheese. Also we ordered grilled nuggets and 30% of the time even if I stress grilled like 3 times we get fried. Please get an order right? Also, can we just wait in line near the counter or something? Its always stupid and a mess, half the time nobody has the tablet and is talking etc. I mean I know I am ordering with customization which is why I go in and take it to go to not fill up the drive thru so get it right and respect me back at least most of the time! Trying to be considerate of both CFA and other customers and I am the one who pays for it.
