I ordered through the mobile app for curbside when I got there, there was no spots available so I chose the other option and park somewhere else and put my flashers on which is fine but I waited for about 20 minutes after my app told me your order is ready and will be there shortly. I attempted to call. I believe I called about three times. The second time I called they said the line was busy. I did not wanna go in because I had my dog in the car with me, but I went in and it was sitting right on the counter, Took them about five minutes for someone to actually ask me if I needed anything I eventually got my cold food Also, advice for the future people’s phone numbers are on the receipt for a reason. If you can’t find the car call the phone number!

Maybe it's just me. Of course good service. But very awkward to have to sit down to order. I imagine you can order online as well. But can't just walk to the counter and order. Not a fan. Hoping this isn't the norm now at all locations. I don't eat chick fil a often.

Pretty disappointed with my experience today. My husband wanted chick fil a for lunch so I ordered myself a sandwich without the bun because I love the wraps but I didn’t want grilled chicken. I called on my way asking if I could purchase a wrap for my sandwich, they said no. I asked if in the future I could order a wrap and sub fried chicken, they said no. Then I went in to order a lettuce wrap so I had something for my sandwich, which was $0.20 if I had added it with my sandwich. They charged me $0.47. Not accommodating at all. I’ve never posted reviews for the times they’ve forgotten things in my order but I guess I’m just really fed up with the surface level of customer service.

Went there early for breakfast 7:11 and had to wait literally almost 10 minutes in the drive thru for our food, while everyone else was having getting there food. Then to top it all the food was not even hot , cold breakfast sandwich and soggy hash browns. Very disappointed and was late for work☹️

Ordered 2 Hashbrown bowls that come with salsa. The main reason I like the hashbrown bowl is the salsa. I hear them preping my order and say for those two bowls the salsa is up front. I get home open my bag No salsa. Dry grilled chicken with eggs and cheese thanks. I wasted 10 dollars for you to just not do your job.
Horrible idea to make this place a mobile app ordering only location is the worst decision. Especially during busy times.

Parking: The parking situation at this specific location is absolutely atrocious. Not enough, poorly laid out, congested, confusing tie-in with surrounding lots.
Was totally ignored inside the restaurant. I got up and went to counter to see if I had to order by phone, was ignored again. I won't be back.

Everything used to be quick. The new two lane all the way through drive through has ultimately changed the drive through to a one lane and the other lane is if you want to order using your phone apparently. The new design reduces parking matched with the new inside design the seating is even more limited and ordering is a hassle.
