Heard all about this dump. Lousy service, food terrible. Service took forever & not a manager in sight. if you don't want your blood pressure to go sky high, stay clear of this place.

Lydia was the best server at a busy lunch time. She handled it without seeming frustrated and always was a step ahead of our needs. Will return just for her!

Very horrible experience. They re2fused to seat us. We over heard the receptionist and manager say they didn't want serve us because we were mexican.

What an experience. We ordered the 3 for me. One was a QP burger ordered PLAIN. We got a Smashburger with everything. We also asked for NO salt. I was told no problem on the fries but not sure about the QP. I said no problem Salt came on the fries. All that was said is “ I am sorry “. We did not see anyone from management. It is no wonder Texas Roadhouse is SO busy. They handle all complaints 100 %
We opted a few months ago never to go back and this solidified that decision. NEVER again!

Our server Layla was above and beyond at making us feel at home. The service was quick and she was so efficient. She's amazing at her job and deserves all the recognition she can get!

Went to Chili’s and had to leave for safety reasons. The floors were greasy slippery. I walked in with a cane, holding on to my husband and literally slid to the assigned booth by the door. I immediately told my husband we needed to leave and informed the host the reason I was leaving. Food in this restaurant is usually good but at this point they need to close the restaurant and scrub the floors clean.

Super busy on Valetine’s Day night with State Weightlifting and Dance events being held at RP Arena. Understood the delay in getting food but not the order not being correct. Food was good and the staff friendly.
