This location is good again! I can say this after 4 visits of properly cooked and seasoned food in a row. Small issues were addressed and corrected immediately and without attitude. Have spoken with the Manager a few times and his " Give-A-dam" is fully intact. This makes a HUGE difference. Would not hesitate to return tomorrow.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available directly in front of the entrance. Easy access ♿. Wide spots and wide entrance doors.
Host and server were slow, queso was super watery, food was room temperature. Restaurant was not busy during a lunch vist. Server had a melo perseonality but very forgetful with request. I helped myself to getting my own napkins.

We left sun &fun not knowing what we wanted to eat, ?️ Chili's was close by and decided to go there , after sitting down and ordering drinks we had second thoughts about what we wanted to eat, not because of anything that happened at Chili's or the food we just decided we wanted bar b cue to eat , we have never had a bad experience at Chili's and will return at some other time , after letting our server know she informed us that we don't have to pay for the drinks but I did anyways and gave her a tip on top of that , thanks Chili's and staff for the understanding ! Great place to eat always !

So much better that it's been that last few years. Good location. Good food.
We had a very large group which makes things difficult. Servers were fantastic, all orders correct and timely even though we had 3 toddlers and a few teenagers. Good was a good as it gets. We even shared some birthday cake with the servers. Best Chili's I've had anywhere.Kid-friendliness: We had 5 kids, everybody was happy and patient. Servers helped out with menu options and have them little things to keep them happy.

This chili's has been going downhill. It used to be pretty good, but lately, the service is terrible. It wasn't very busy when we went in, but it still took almost 30 minutes for someone to take our order. That has been pretty standard for my last few visits. Even the Winter Haven location has become slow on their service. For the most part, the food was good. I thought that NY fries weren't done all the way, but my wife and daughter were happy with theirs.
