Chili's Sliders were once better before also... It definitely takes more finesse throw'n those little-guys together...Apparently Brinker didn't get the memo... Though, the way of the Corporate world today: We''ll change-it and make more profit!! * After enjoying Chili's (less and less) over 4 decades, no more burgers. ** A little favorite Southwestern Eggroll; 1- Eggrolls had to change their snappy complex sauce, couple years ago to a bland generic copy of someone else's.... 2- They also taste different too, and 3- certainly look different with open-heart incision. Don't need to see how the sausage is made. 4 & 5- Gets cold-faster with new open-slash on the Take-Out trip home, and dunking is an impossible memory too. With a spoon it's just Chili! 6 = Mov'n On!

My boyfriend & I tried taking our 3 boys for dinner and we were turned away since our 8 month old is not able to sit in a BOOSTER SEAT at a booth. We told them that he needed a highchair and we were told we can’t pull up a highchair to a 4 top table for safety reasons which is understandable. There was a 6 top table that could have easily been cleaned off so we could sit with our kids comfortably but they refused. We also asked if we could maybe sit away from everyone else but they said no to that too. We’ve never had an issue at any other restaurant and we will NOT go back to this Chili’s location. 😊

Most of the one star reviews here are those type of people who complain about everything and want their food comped. Everything was great the food was good and my server brought me refills when I was only half done. She was nice to my family of five. I was seated immediately even tho it was busy. Prices are good our ticket was literally $51 for two adults and three kids.

Food was good; however, we had a few issues. First most of our plates were cold (fries & burgers). Second, an entree (1/5) was forgotten entirely (left at kitchen) so I had to split my food with my father. Not sure what happened, as our section was fairly empty.
Kid-friendliness: No issues here, as we had my nephew with us.
Wheelchair accessibility: No issues here, as my father is in a wheelchair.
Its always great to eat here, everything is just delicious

I had a terrible experience on Saturday, February 1, the waitress didn't give me many options and charged me separately when I actually took the 3 for me which includes all and she charged me regular mini molten cake when you take that offer it costs you 3.99 and she also charged me for two margaritas when it was only one. I spoke to the manager about the situation and he corrected the receipt but still a week later and they did not return the money. Unfortunately you have to wait for receipt. I'm not coming back!

"Our server, Kailey, was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and had a great understanding of the menu, making excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. As well as The manager Mr. Ed really went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience, making our evening worth while he was understanding and very considerate of our input. This is a great place and should be recognized for there wonderful hospitality.

Great Old timer Burger with fries & side salad is a great choice for lunch
I came to this locations, chilis, for the first time with my gf and everything was phenomenal. The food was all the way cooked, hot, and served fast. Our waiter, Alec, was fantastic in all aspects and checked up on us. I highly recommend requesting him as your waiter. ☺️

When I arrived for my Togo order it was not organized they couldn't find my order waited 20 mins finally got my order asked the young guy for straws and silverware he basically never acknowledged me on that so I just walked out then I got to my car checked my food it was cold cold I went back inside asked the young man to get mgr he walked away after 25 mins I just left at that point I will probably not do Togo again here not a very good experience.
