During my Florida stay I wanted to try some local food and hence I landed here… I’ve ordered tacos and they were good… they offer limited veg and non veg options… food is majorly made with healthy ingredients and wide customization is possible … they also offer unlimited fills of coldrinks from huge varieties to choose from

The worst experience I will not return the super racist manager returned the food I paid 35 and she returned 27 dollars

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate that this is the closest location to my office, as I love placing delivery online or pickup orders. EVERY TIME I place an order this way it comes either with an ingredient/topping missing, or I get skimped on portion sizes. I love chipotle but HATE south Lakeland location. When you try and complain online all you get is a “free drink”. Not expecting handouts, just want to get what I’m paying for.

My wife found a wood splinter in her food and it got stuck in her gum. When she contacted, she was told someone would be in touch with her and that was a week ago
Check your food.
Not coming back to this location.

Why is this even a restaurant and how are they still open?! 4 days straight I have come to this location and they are always missing something or almost everything, running out of rice?? The cheapest food in America and you don’t think to supply even that?

I always love Chipotle especially after working a hard shift at work. I went on 1/2/25 and let me tell you I’m extremely upset and disappointed… they charged me $9 for a veggie bowl when I just asked for a thing of rice. There wasn’t ANYTHING else on it… on top of that I didn’t know I was getting charged for it, if I knew it was going to be 9 extra dollars I wouldn’t have asked for a little bit more rice. (The rice in the bowl was like a SCOOP of rice) I also got a carnitas bowl and the meal was straight fat. It was the worst thing I’ve tasted…

I used to love chipotle. They never skimped, now they do little half teaspoons of everything. I feel robbed. I spent 17 bucks on a usual 10 buck steak burrito. No guac, no queso. Went from my favorite to my least favorite restaurant. Never again.

First of all I had the most rudest person helped me ask me what I would like I told them Bowl number one, then they were trying to help the person behind me and I said to the person excuse me how are you going to skip over me or not asked me if that was all that I wanted to order and you just going to help somebody else. So then they're like oh my bad well yeah you are bad maybe if you take those huge rings out of your ear lobes you can focus on what somebody's trying to tell you and get rid of all your black lipstick piercings and all that stuff and look more professional you can think clearly, anyway so when they were asking what I wanted on Bowl number two I was telling them and I told them that to me well by the time I got home I looked at the receipt and it was incorrect she only gave me the one meat versus the two Meats I asked for but in all in the end she was just very rude about it and she had a nasty attitude, so if I decide to come back stand in the long line and Order inside for take out I will not have her wait on me actually no offense I don't know if it was a she or he the person was dressed as a woman but acted like a man so I don't know no offense and no discrimination this way either way I don't care as long as you treat me with respect I'll treat you with respect. And not once did I get an apology from any employee.

Super odd interaction. Finally had enough points to get a free quesadilla and I scanned my QR code and then continued to pay for my drinks and chips. When I was charged $15 I was confused and questioned them about it and they said that my QR code didn’t scan (I told the cashier prior to paying that I had a reward) I showed them my QR code and I asked if they could do a refund because they have done that previously in the past. Very obvious that the manager and the cashier did not know the terms and conditions, and they told me that my reward can only be used online, which was weird because I showed them where it said scan in the restaurant. I then asked if I was to Order online how can I pay in the restaurant because that’s usually not allowed. They continue to make up random rules. I redeemed and scanned my reward but lost points and paid $15 when I wasn’t supposed. Ended up calling customer service where they told me that any reward on the app is allowed to be used in stores and they will be taking this higher up. Not sure why they decided to make up a random rule. Just odd

My husband picked up dinner for us this evening to take home. We live about 20 minutes from this one so it wasn’t like we could just turn around to get it fixed. The rice was hard, the food was cold, and the steak was chewy. I always get the fajita veggies and my husband said they were out. To spend 30+ dollars here for dinner & get it home and it not be good was just disappointing.

This South Florida Ave location, as many reviews speak to, is pretty bad. I’d probably give this specific store like 2.5 stars but since I really enjoy Chipotle overall it’s rounded to 3.
The service here is so up and down. You never know if it’s gonna be good or bad on any given day, regardless of the time.
There have been times where the togo/ delivery quality is awful- they give you like half a bowl worth of food and it’s like they forgot to add more or sometimes there literally are just parts of the bowl missing. I feel as though in recent months they must’ve gotten in trouble with this because it’s seemed to have improved a little. But them improving is still a bar far below your average Chipotle.
Inside the store, it’s always busy as most Chipotles are. Expect to wait in line for awhile if you choose to order in. The workers are also very unenthusiastic- I don’t need you to be over the top but they just aren’t even enjoyable to speak a few words to most of the time. It seems like all the employees really need to go through some etiquette training or something.
One positive thing about this location is there’s a good amount of outdoor seating for when it’s not appallingly hot or too chilly outside. Sitting inside it’s really loud. The parking is also a pain and crammed to find a spot so overall the experience at this Chipotle seems to be pretty lackluster. I wish there were another location closer to me than this one.
My carnitas bowl was great! I like their contactless pickup system 👍🏽
Great concept. Lots of options for burritos. Pretty fast... The uncomfortable seating does keep the table turns happening, so a small location can still provide a measure of seating availability.
