I picked up a DoorDash here and Kenzie (I apologize if I butchered the name) was EXCELLENT with her crowd control skills and prioritization with the orders. It was very busy with at least 10 people waiting in both pickup and order-here lines and she kept going back and forth from the register to help with packaging. Proud of the service I received today.

This was not a great or favorable experience. The bowl was messy and frankly to pay $12 for such a insufficient product was the worse. I could count on the pieces of cheese and lettuce. Ridiculous. Customer service of food prepare was lacking... And that's me being nice. The cashier was nicer. So there's that.

They charged me for double steak I made zero mention of wanting any more meat than the normal portion I paid before I realized they had added the charge and the guy behind the counter kind of just said yep that's double meat and shrugged when I tried to say something about it
Came here for a quick bite to eat after my kids ran in a sports competition. It just happened to be Halloween night, October 31st, 2025 and the line was pretty much out the door but they had a lot of people working behind the counter and the line moved incredibly quick. Our order was 100% correct with no issues regarding the quality of food, it was delicious!

i’ve never been to a chipotle that’s been this dirty and the workers just unmindful of customers needs. me and my boyfriend went and in the middle of him STILL making his burrito the worker just rolled it up even after he loudly said wait and went to a different customer. don’t waste your time here.

So I did a pick up order and I try to place it online and had a free queso along with free entree I try to redeem both so I did the free entree and when I went there the lady who gave me my food I show her the free queso and she didn’t say sorry or anything she just gave me the queso and didn’t say oh im sorry this happen to you she just said bye in a rude way no apologies whatsoever
