We recently celebrated our 6-year-old's birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, fun-filled, and stress-free. The kids had an amazing time, and as parents, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate.

One of the biggest highlights was Chuck E. Cheese himself making a special appearance! He didn’t just stop by—he led the kids in singing "Happy Birthday" and even oversaw the cake cutting. Seeing the joy on our child’s face as Chuck E. stood by their side was priceless! It truly made the party feel extra special and magical.

The kids loved the variety of arcade games, climbing structures, and interactive activities—it was refreshing to see them running around, playing, and laughing together instead of staring at screens. The excitement was non-stop as they won tickets, danced, and cheered each other on.

The food was great, with fresh pizza and a delicious birthday cake, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and well-organized. Our dedicated party host took care of everything, allowing us to enjoy the celebration stress-free.

If you’re looking for a fun, interactive, and well-organized place to host a birthday party, Chuck E. Cheese is the way to go! The kids had a blast, the adults got to relax, and the birthday child felt like a superstar. We’ll definitely be back for more celebrations!

We paid for a party, but the table was not ready when we arrived. It took them 45 minutes to set it up, and another person was waiting to have their table set up, too. Only have one person doing all of this. Theirs no one watching the front door to check wrists they are behind the counter just yell at you to wait. Some of the games work but like crap not very well enough to trick a kid. You pay extra for the bounce house. Our waitress wasn't a waitress just a cashier, only spoke to her 4 times the whole experience. At the front door, order food, food at table and to pay. Pizza is okay at best, you could get bigger wings at 7/11 than here. Maybe try another place in Lakeland before here.

More than half of the games do not work and there's no one there to fix any of them and they just threw all the bull crap games into this location none of them pay out no chance to win big better off taking kids to a regular arcade

Went on 12-5-25. 1 they need more employees! The restrooms were beyond dirty. I got the unlimited salad bar was $12.00 I got 1 plate the lettuce was almost gone croutons were just crumbs in the bottom of the bowl it was served in. I was there well over an hour they never refilled the lettuce, croutons or crackers. There were 2 staff members trying to run the game redemption area and take orders and attending the door. The kids did enjoy the pizza and games. But I won’t be back to this location.

They charge too much for their new trampoline area. If you're kids are under 6 there should be a price difference.

I’ll be completely honest we were just hungry and this was the closet place nearby. The pizza was very delicious however the arcade itself is lacking a lot. Don’t know if this worth the price for the games here.

I’m so sad to have wasted an evening at this Chuck E Cheese location. We are new to the area and signed up for the monthly pass because we loved Chuck E. Cheese where we used to live. This location was disappointing and I’m kicking myself that we are now locked in to pay $12 a month for a pass to a place I’d like to never visit again. Such a small selection of games to begin with and so many games weren’t working. Half the Skeeball games didn’t have balls. My son and I couldn’t even spend the 100 points our pass allotted to us. We were honestly bored very quickly but tried to use as many points as we could stand. He’s a 7 year old boy so for him to be bored at Chuck E. Cheese is ridiculous but there weren’t any of the games he loved at our old locations.
