Everything about this place is underwhelming, our server was rude and barely checked if we needed anything, the food is not good. I would not come back to this restaurant, if you are looking for customer service and good food this is not the place!

We just held a private event on the Lawn and it was an incredibly. smooth process which made the entire event that much more enjoyable. PJ was a fantastic server and Paige was very communicative throughout the entire planning process. If you're looking for an event or party space in Lakeland, then Cob & Pen should certainly be on your list.

My wife and I enjoyed the experience. She ordered the Ultimate Fries and a side salad. I had the pork tacos with fries and a frosted pear mocktail. The food was pretty good. But the service was great! It feels less like and restaurant and more like a bar that serves food. But the food is actually pretty good.

We had a private event at Cob and Pen last week for my son's Rehearsal dinner. Maci and Connor were our servers, they were wonderful and super attentive. Paige was the event coordinator and she worked so well with us to have this event turn out perfectly! Thank you, Cob and Pen, we had a lovely evening❤️

Today we stopped in to get some lunch. We were greeted by the bartender at our table and she said brunch was over at 2pm and their kitchen was crossing over and they didn’t have any food except French fries. By the way it was 1:52pm. We kind of were deciding what to do when she sternly said “well I won’t give you and water until you figure out what you want to do”. We would need to wait until 2:30pm to get lunch. 3 things you ought to consider as a business. 1. Live by your posted hours. 2. You’re in food service/hospitality. Do whatever necessary to accommodate the customer. 3. Be nice. You put your convenience and your priority in front of the customer today. But mostly you just weren’t nice about it and for that you fail across all 3 areas.

Their burger from Burger week is the best burger I've ever had. So happy they made it a regular in their menu!

Stopped in for a quick bite. We were in a rush to get to our granddaughters game. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent. The food was tasty.
