I don’t typically leave reviews, but we visited here after watching a movie next door. We went in around 9:45-9:50pm. We knew the store closed at 10, and we weren’t planning on staying to eat. The girls working were not very friendly, and it felt like we were being rushed and a burden when ordering our treats. I’ve worked in quick service, and I understand wanting to go home, but if your establishment is open until 10, then you serve until 10. In the future, we would appreciate friendlier customer service or at least a smile. On a positive note, our icecream was great, no issues there!

The worst ice cream I have ever tasted in my life, every thing just tasted like whip cream, just go Lakeland ice cream co. They give you more for less and they have a variety of different flavors.

I was in line for about 10 minutes being ignored by the staff there, what surprised me was that the cashier there took the order from the family behind us. I don’t know if it had something with us being the only Hispanic family in line or what it was, it definitely felt some type of discrimination. Me and my family just walked out of there. I will never step that location ever again. If you’re Hispanic and reading this, avoid this ice cream shop, let’s not support this kind of behavior.

This place has the absolutely best homemade ice cream! For Father's Day, I treated my husband to one of their waffle bowls dipped in chocolate and he had the strawberry blonde ice cream. I had the mudslide. Oh my gosh it was absolutely amazing and I don't think I will ever go to any other place to have ice cream for dessert!!

Went to Cold Stone not long ago. It had been a few years ago since I had gone there. I was not pleased on the very small portion of ice cream I had gotten. It was literally just leveled out at the rim. Even went twice in that same week, still the same amount of portion the second time. Yes, I've always thought Cold Stone was very good ice cream. Very delightful, fresh, and creamy ice cream. But it's just not worth paying the amount of money or the cost of it for the very small amount of portion you get, (no matter what size). Would be better off just going to a store and purchasing a half gallon of ice cream for that amount or lower. There are even half gallon store brand ice cream at few of the stores that are somewhere between $2.00 - $3.00, (a favorite ice cream). And still tastes good and enjoyable.
Tonight we went to this cold stone location after dinner, as we typically do almost every night. We were placing an order for 5 shakes for our family when we were told by the one of the workers (female) that they were not doing any more shakes for the night. I asked her was the blender broken because we had just purchased shakes 2 nights in a row around the same time. She said no it’s “10 minutes” until 10 o’clock. I replied “Oh ok, so you are choosing not to make them?” She replied “yes”. I find this very rude, unprofessional and a pure slap in the face as a loyal customer who drove to this location specifically for 5 shakes for my family. I expressed to her that we order shakes around this time every night and it has never been a problem and she replied “we’re not making your shakes”. Now, as a corporate director of hospitality I find it very shocking that Cold Stone Creamery would support such behavior at one of their locations. If the store is open until 10pm than every thing should be made within that time frame and an employee should not be the individual to make the decision if the company makes or loses money. It is very important to to note that we were standing, waiting for 5 minutes before we were addressed with no one in front of us. Therefore, it was actually 15 minutes before the store was about to close when this employee decided what we could order and what we could not order. It is also important to note that the employee stated “Last night we had a lot going on so that’s why we made them.” By saying this she was telling me that she remember my family from the evening before and because it was a lot of customers in the store she made them but since we were the only customers in the store she was discriminating against us and refusing to make our order. This is very disappointing. This is not my first time having an issue with professionalism and service at this location. I highly suggest management teach this team how to properly serve and satisfy customers.
Clean and inviting in a great area to visit. The ice cream was good, some of the best in the area. That said, the portion sizes seem to be shrinking these days.

This location never have chocolate dipped cones or bowls. We have been coming to this location ever since it opened. The service the quality and the quantity has down. There is never a manager. The new staff does not know what to put in the ice cream. This is the third weekend that I've been to this location still no chocolate dipped Cones or bowls.

Fine but they’re more inconsistent than not. The shakes are sometimes too thick or too runny. And the amount of cookies in the Milk and Oreos shake is never consistent either, last time I went I swear it was just ice cream and milk ??
