The ice cream was great but it was loud and the staff member couldn't hear that I wanted a waffle bowl with my ice cream but it was still gone as it was since I had fudge mint ice cream with my dad and step siblings on October 18th

I’ve always had good experiences with this Coldstone- the workers are always friendly and do a good job. Unfortunately that’s just not the case at some locations.
When it comes to ice cream, Coldstone is one of my favorites to go out somewhere and enjoy. I love the way they mix in the ingredients by hand, it just always tastes so yummy.
The only bad thing here is that since this is located inside the outdoor mall Lakeside Village, and right next to the movie theater, it gets quite busy. So the line moved pretty slow when it’s busy. But nonetheless I still love Coldstone.

The people were nice but I went in to get a boo batter taco.. I expected fresh they were pre made soggy waffle and not to be picky but they advertised orange shell and Halloween sprinkles my son was not very happy when he got regular rainbow sprinkles. It’s the little things for kids that make it worth it :(

Came in tonight (09/20) to get two pints of ice cream. Hailey served me, her attitude was super positive and sweet! She made both pints very quickly and they’re both delicious!! 10/10 service and 100/10 staff member!!!

I wish i would have read the reviews before purchasing.... a big difference depending on who takes your order.... i was expecting the same bigger portion not the medium portion on the large cup. Try to avoid the thin guy..... he makes the orders like its for him.

To begin with, I love ColdStone. Yesterday, I went to this location and was disappointed. I paid $16 for 2 cups. The portions were so small that barely was even filled to the rim of the cup. Never again!! next time, I prefer to drive an 1hr to my favorite ColdStone on Margarita village.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but we visited here after watching a movie next door. We went in around 9:45-9:50pm. We knew the store closed at 10, and we weren’t planning on staying to eat. The girls working were not very friendly, and it felt like we were being rushed and a burden when ordering our treats. I’ve worked in quick service, and I understand wanting to go home, but if your establishment is open until 10, then you serve until 10. In the future, we would appreciate friendlier customer service or at least a smile. On a positive note, our icecream was great, no issues there!
