This location never have chocolate dipped cones or bowls. We have been coming to this location ever since it opened. The service the quality and the quantity has down. There is never a manager. The new staff does not know what to put in the ice cream. This is the third weekend that I've been to this location still no chocolate dipped Cones or bowls.

Fine but they’re more inconsistent than not. The shakes are sometimes too thick or too runny. And the amount of cookies in the Milk and Oreos shake is never consistent either, last time I went I swear it was just ice cream and milk ??

As recently as the night of October 9, 2023, I visited this store for the first time and 2 of the employees were very rude and antisocial, I ordered 3 ice creams and 1 of the ice creams, the female employee served it to me with a very small portion to which Apparently, due to the size and price, there was a very small amount of ice cream compared to the other two glasses of ice cream, I complained to her and she proceeded to serve the portion that corresponded to me due to the price and size and when I paid, the male employee did not give me my purchase receipt, I claimed my purchase receipt, he gave it to me and when I am in my car I see that the employee took the audacity to charge me an additional charge for an additional portion, when in reality it was not an additional portion, it was the portion that corresponded serve as ice cream

We just bought a small milkshake they charged us $7 and they gave us half the glass including the whipped cream I felt assaulted we didn't return it because we were already out I think I won't be back.

Don't order if you're not there physically. They will 90% of the time rip you off. Send you the wrong stuff. I just got the medium size but was sent the wrong size and the whole thing had a quarter of a peanut butter cup in it. After having paid for extra sauce and extra cups. Zero sauce and not even a full cup. Deplorable business practices

Me and my family's favorite spot for ice-cream. Try Mud pie mojo ice-cream, chocolate devotion ice-cream and coffee ice-cream shake. Absolutely delicious
