Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Started off with a hostess that clearly needed her meds....sat our family of 5 at a 4 top table and tried to have my mom who was using a walker squeeze between a table and another customer just to get to the table...when I asked about a larger table she snaps and tells me "this is all we have...all the other sections are closed...we are waiting for more servers to come in" ....ok so our waitress was great....can't remember her name but she was truly having to run like a chicken with her head cut off due to the lack of staff ....food finally comes....oh wait it's 30 minutes till the mashed potatoes are done....ordered "seasoned " rice...it was hard...dry...and as bland as the day is long....and the cooked carrots must have been cooked back when they first opened cause they were mushy and changing colors🤢 in addition to numerous other food issues...save your money and find somewhere else to dine....cracker barrel has lost their touch for sure

Wonderful service by Larry. However, this is my 3rd recent visit and the food always comes out cold. I let our server know..it was corrected immediately, however, I don't think I'll be going back as this seems to be a trend. If I wanted to reheat my food, I would have stayed home. Very disappointed.

Love your pancakes, wish we lived closer, we would be there every week. Love the gift shop too, can make a visit very expenasive if you know what I mean.

I was very disappointed. Understaffed, gave me the wrong bill, wasn't worth waiting to save a few dollars. What tip $36 for chicken tenders green beans and a small side of hash browns with two biscuits, wow. If they'd asked me to rate the price I wouldn't rate it one star

I ordered through the Cracker Barrel website for delivery never received my order & the restaurant said it was nothing they could do so I just want be ordering from them again not caring at all it was like we got your money o well you didn’t get your food reach out to the delivery services

Would love to give a -star for this location. Food was cold and dry. Overcooked steak, eggs cold and the sausage/bacon burnt and dry. The server was a par 4 and still gave me misleading information on the breakfast menu. Said one thing but was brought something different. Server did not even asked why I did not eat any of my food. After I waited for 20 mins I decided to just leave. I don’t even think the server knew we left. This was the worse Cracker Barrel I have ever eaten at.
