OMG. It was my first time there and everything was amazing. We were in the drive thru and asked for extra time to review the menu and they said sure take your time. Then we asked what their favorite item was and they suggested the mushroom burger with the way they like it. It is really delicious. We also had the spicy chicken sandwich with onion rings and boom boom sauce which was also delicious. We will definitely be returning.
We ordered our food with 6 shakes for our drinks. The first shake came out about 30 min after we ordered. After 1 hr, and we still didn't have our last shake, I ask to speak to the on-call manager (same person that had taken my order) she simply said "oh, let me get that for you". We got our last shake 1 hr and 6 min after we ordered.
It's not cool that drive thru orders are prioritized over mobile orders. People who arrived and ordered 10 minutes after I've checked in are receiving their orders before me. That's getting really old.
