I'm not sure how they can sell a chocolate caramel twist without any caramel, but this location seems to be great at not making the flavor of the day with all of the ingredients. We eat at Culver's frequently, but we usually avoid eating here because of this issue.

Always a great experience at Culver’s! The staff are consistently welcoming and friendly, making every visit feel warm and inviting. The dining area is spotless, which adds to the comfort of enjoying a meal there. I especially love their delicious burgers — always fresh and flavorful — and I never leave without grabbing a pint of their amazing ice cream. Highly recommend!

Good food. Just came back home from an online pickup and they didn't give me my barbecue sauce I paid for. They probably wouldn't like it if I walked in and just started taking their products without paying for it.

I’m only reviewing this franchise because they increased their prices a month ago but failed to update the drive thru price listing. It has the old prices on the drive thru menu and that’s deceiving, to think you’re paying one price but being charged another and confronted with a weak explanation at the window is wrong. In my opinion it’s false advertisement. The food is really good and we were so hungry at the time, we just took it for what it was. What once was a $8 combo is now a $12 combo.

I usually always write good reviews, but today was not my day. I ordered a curbside order for 245 pick up which didn’t get out to my car till 3 o’clock. My pop was flat. My fries were cold as well as my burger.

What is so hard about NOT putting cheese on a burger?? The last two visits I have requested “without cheese”, I get all the way home and find out I have cheese on my Double Deluxe, I don’t eat cheese!!’n

Has happened in the drive through in 2 different locations. In South Lakeland waited 22 minutes for food to be brought to car and in Lutz, waited 18 minutes for food. If the food wasn’t so good, I would bother when in a hurry. Inside, never waited more than 5 minutes for food. They really need to work on this.

I ordered 2 meals thru door dash. I paid a total of 42 bucks and the food was cold and the fountain drinks were flat. Never again.

So upset with Culver’s right now! Just spent $91 on food for 5 people and when we get home with it, two of the meals are missing the sides (no French fries) and the ice cream was completely melted as well. No straws. No ice in one of the drinks and the chicken sandwich was not cooked to order!! What in the world happened today? We usually love Culver’s but todays’s visit was the worst ever! I feel cheated. That was a lot of money to not get the food.
