The staff says this DQ does not accept these cards and is the only one in all of Florida. Do not come here if you have one of these cards. I drove off the road 10 minutes so the cards would not work.

This place is trash. Food was horrible. $12 dollars for a double burger meal and was the worst burger I have ever had. And not to mention both orders were completely wrong. If I wasn’t starving I would have asked for a refund and gave the food back. This place is a fake Dairy Queen. Not the same food or menu.

I went to Dairy Queen today on 9/22/2024 and ordered myself a Oreo blizzard and my daughter a snickers blizzard both small and they are 5.79 and I also ordered a plain waffle cone. They told me my told was 18.59. They told me since they don’t have an option for just a cone they charged me the full price as if I had ice cream in it. Like really Dairy Queen?

I couldn't even tell what the hamburger patty was made of. First time I've had a crunchy hamburger patty. Hopefully this was a fluke and is not their new hamburger meat. However the Banana Split Blizzard was the best I've ever had.

We thought that DQ will honor their bogo advertised on their website and TV commercials. Don’t be fooled, they told us that the store is not a corporate store and we had to pay full price for both. In the real world, this is called false advertising and is not acceptable. Not only that but the blizzards we received were more like a slushy than a blizzard. Overall a bad experience. Will not be visiting this location any longer.

Prices are much higher here as opposed to the location on South Florida Ave. These two locations are not connected to each other and perhaps some folks aren't near the other Florida ave location at all but if you are down that way, it is worth your money to go to that DQ instead. You might actually find chocolate sprinkles at South Florida DQ!

The employees were super helpful when I came in to get a cake for my grandmother's birthday. She loved the cake they helped me pick out. I only wish DQ would rain more of their workers on how to write on cakes.
