Staff not friendly. Wouldn’t even crack a smile. Not inviting atmosphere. With all the competition Out there I’ll go somewhere else in the future. Customer service is key to repeat visits! Now serving orange julius I asked and they said they don’t have them. Remove the signs then.

Amazing venue! Most places I go, if I go near closing time, the staff behaves very rudely and don’t make my order properly. This place is something different though - the staff were extremely nice, and they went above and beyond with my order! Best Dairy Queen experience of my life :)

Ridiculous, I order a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard cake and show the employee the exact picture below. I go to pick it up the cake three days later and get the one on the right. Really that complicated and when I wanted a refund, employee said No the order said plain. Does the picture look like plan?
