Ordered a single Buster Bar, when I opened the package the bar was completely crushed and you can tell it had not been kept frozen. It was a complete waste of money.

I noticed a trend at this location… noticed the good reviews vs bad reviews and the people that wrote them.. I feel like they would smile and be more costumer friendly if I wasn’t a… well you know. save money and go to Publix

We stopped to enjoy a chocolate cone dipped in s cherry, a mocha shake and an Oreo shake. All three were great. While we were eating our sweat treats, the male employee was talking to some non-customers who appeared to be friends and started say F-this and F-that about a girl who was in Orlando. After dropping the f-bomb nearly 20 times, my daughters (ages 7 and 9) asked if we could go outside because of the bad language of the guy working behind the counter.Unfortunately, I did not get his name however I am sure it will not be hard for the manager to determine which guy was working when he was the only one. For clarity, it is Sunday, August 20 at 8:17 pm.Extremely disappointment. Another guest commented to me as well.

you should probably make sure your employees know your products. the difference between a royal cheesecake and a strawberry cheesequake. I don't appreciate the needless upcharge, and I didn't get what I ordered because after trying to correct him, we were told, "It's the same thing," which obviously isn't true.

Wonderful service and absolutely great dessert however this is only a treat establishment. So I did end up having deserts before lunch (which was fine by me) . I just wanted to add it to the comments since it came up on Google maps as a place to get food at in which there is no actual food just sweets.

In that business there is a guy that speaks Spanish, he’s very kind, friendly, respectful and always has a smile on his face! I would give his service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not really too happy . Didn’t get full scoops on either order of cone or cup . Very disappointed . Tiny portion on the pup cup . In Ga we didn’t pay for pup cups and was a generous portion.

Ordered 2 large blizzards today at the tune of $15.00. Got them home and there was less than a tablespoon of toppings. 3/4 of the cup was plain vanilla icecream. I wanted to bring them back to show them but they told me once you leave they won't take it back or fix it or refund you. I got a sorry and an oh well. Oh well...I won't be going back to this location.

I ordered a green mint chip milkshake. It is not made with real green mint chip ice cream. They put dye and flavoring in a chip milkshake. It doesn't look green nor taste minty. I told them they need to tell their customers because it was a waste of my money.
