Since moving to Mulberry 2 years ago, I've only gotten my pizza from this location, can't tell you how many times I've ordered here and never had a problem and kept returning my business. The one time I did have an issue I ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas for carry out, got home and seen both pizza were basically flat, no dough, I called to explain this and got nothing but attitude from both people I spoke with and was told "I'm not gonna argue with you sir, do you want me to remake your order or credit your account."
Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, more than enough other pizza places around the area for me to be treated better than like a nuisance for something THEY messed up.

My pizza was pepperoni/chicken/beef and bbq sauce.. The person that was “helping me” had an attitude and did not review my receipt to grab my drink as well. The pizza I got literally less than 10mins ago is super dry the crust is burnt and the meat looks crazy. This is my 3rd time ordering and I’m done with dominos for good.

Ordered a new York style pizza from this location. Upon cash out I simply asked for some butter garlic my pizza in which the sales associate replied "there's already garlic on your crust" I politely questioned "are you sure". In which there was not any. So in which she replied she would have to charge me for the butter garlic on the crust fine no big deal. Then I asked for a dipping sauce to go with my garlic knots in which she replied she had to charge me again. That's when I asked if I could speak to a manager because we just ordered the SAME EXACT thing a few days and the customer service was not like this. I literally had a back and forth shouting match with the so called manager on duty and that's not whom I wanted to address my concerns with. I simply asked for her manager because of how rude she was when she replied "well you use to work here if you want the managers number" awful customer service for what I paid for.

Soo $18 for a medium Italian sausage and spinach pizza. Toral count of Italian sausage pieces 9 very small not even the size of a dime on it!! The spinach wasn't even a total of a spoonful spread out! What a rip-off!! Most pieces had No Italian sausage!!

We ordered pizza delivery via the app (not the first time we have ordered) and it got delivered to the wrong house.
When we text the driver he said he left it at the door (which we did ask for) but on a chair , which we have none. We looked all over and no pizza. Clearly a simple mistake and it was left at the wrong address.
We called to try and sort it out and rather than them apologize, offer to send a new order, or even offer a refund, they simply said “it was delivered”…
Repeatedly explained we understand but it was clearly the wrong house and we have not received the order. They just kept saying it was delivered.
This was our kids dinner as we were not even home and while a mistake happens sometimes the fact that they wouldn’t even attempt to make it right is beyond frustrating. Never ordering again!

seems really...weird giving a Dominos 5 stars (or even any kind of 'fast food' type pizza place) but this SPECIFIC location has been making some of the best tasting pizza I've had in a long time. It's like the old statement that we all hate because it's used to shame: a good craftsman never blames his tools--and this specific location has been making 5 star pizzas with the standard 2.25 star ingredients. I cannot guarantee your experience but I have ordered at different times (afternoon and evening) and random days (monday, wednesday, and even on a busy saturday evening) and they keep coming just ridiculously good for a dominos. I hate that I have to keep stressing that but it really does feel wrong to give a 5 star review to a Dominos but I did. I regret nothing.
Absolute trash ordered 2 large pizzas from them they were both the meat lovers one piece of topping on each slice lol, contacted corporate and they set up a phone call with the manager Jasmyne what a B$$$$ said she would send compensation in the mail been 6 months and nothing
