Do not order from this store. They have a call center that answers the phone and “takes” your order. We waited over an hour for our order to be delivered that should’ve taken 25 minutes. When we called to get an update on delivery time the store manager Tyler said they had no order for us. Who took our information? Why didn’t the order go through? He didn’t even apologize or offer to get us our order anyway. I don’t trust this place and you shouldn’t either. Edit: After calling back 3 times and trying to place the order again, after an hour and a half of the initial order, the store manager eventually made our order at no charge and rushed it to us. The end result was great and we are thankful, but I would still be cautious to order from this store again.

Talked to Brenda the store manager to complain about an order that gave us all diarrhea and belly cramps at the cost of almost 50.00, even brought the pizza’s back , was givin the run around to call the next and Brenda hung up on me also was very rude and refused to refund my money or give me any credit which I didn’t really want but I would of taken it if I couldn’t get my money back after returning pizzas 🍕! Warning do not go here, spend your money somewhere else!

Will be thinking twice before ordering from this location again. My fiancé placed a order for a medium pineapple and bacon pizza and the specialty bbq chicken when the food came our driver was rude and disrespectful and upon eating the food the pizza was fine but there were 2 strands of hair cooked INTO my chicken. Upon calling the store all they could do is credit a specialty chicken to the account for use on the next order. This does NOT solve the issue of someones hair being cooked into my food nor does it solve the issue of me paying for said food. No refund was offered nor a replacement. Absolutely horrible service. Being served human hair is absolutely DISGUSTING. If i could give less than 1 star i would. (If you look at the picture of the chicken you can see the strand of hair with bbq sauce on it.)

Honestly super unhappy with my experience, I ordered a sandwich and two pizzas the sandwich was extremely dry and hardly any ingredients. I also paid extra for garlic sauce and when delivered was told they didn’t have any so they gave me a marinara, nobody called and asked if I wanted a replacement or anything it was a waste because I’m not sure who would use extra marinara for an Alfredo pizza and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with how dry they sandwich is they could’ve given me a extra ranch. Coming from a mom of multiples that splurged to order dinner with the cost of things lately and ended up disappointed I’d consider just saving your money.

It’s peculiar how times have changed. When I was making pizzas in the industry years ago, if you had a beard, you were required to wear a net over it. I guess that’s not the case anymore? Neither bearded worker had a beard net. ??

I placed an online order & another customer accidentally took my order. Once this was quickly figured out, the manager on duty got all the employees attention & they all quickly worked together to remake my order. The Manager did a great job and handling this situation and ensuring that my order was made quickly on top of still making sure that the deliveries went out on time and the other customers walking in were still taken care of. They were definitely busy but everyone did a great job and handling the business, chaos of my order being taken and remade on the fly.
