I tried to order through the drive through and had to repeat my order, they were laughing inside the store so they did not here my order. I pay and the order was incorrect, had to walk inside to correct the order and the girl acted like I annoyed her. And they asked for a tip ha!

Every time I go through and say do not heat the bread in sandwich they always heat the bread. They messed up the donut order AGAIN!!! No matter what I order nine times out of ten it’s wrong. This was not a problem when they first opened. My daughter wanted to order her stuff separate and they REFUSED saying they were too busy and made her put her order on my card. If they can’t get orders correct and get overwhelmed by long lines they don’t need to be in customer service. It’s upsetting having waited twenty minutes in line and then the order is wrong AGAIN

I will never go back to this location. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes was completely ignored. Then asked did anyone get my order I said no I wanted to get a dozen donuts. The guy said OK let me ring you up and then you can get your donuts. He rang me up. I gave him the money then he walked away. I had to wait again for someone to get me my donuts then I wanted some donuts and at that point I was told those aren't included in the dozen they should have let me pick my donuts and then charged me accordingly for the donuts that I got I would've paid for what I wanted and then to top it off when I was done the girl just handed me the box and says nothing no thank you, have a nice day or anything. I just felt they were very rude and some policies should be changed.

Service has always been great until the Dec 30th. That day service was particularly slow, and the meal in question was a bacon egg and cheese regular bagel with hash browns and sweet tea.
Not sure if service was show due to sick workers, or cutting corners on preparation, or spoiled ingredients, but the food poisoning from that man with CERTAINTY gave me food poisoning that led to an ER trip which then led to hospitalization the following day.
I'm telling you I could pinpoint that meal as the culprit, beyond the shadow of a doubt.
I hope nobody else was seriously hurt that day.

We were thrilled that a DD was being built close to home since DD is our FAVORITE COFFEE. This facilty is lacking in all areas and its disappointing. We ordered munkins Friday night(12/26/25) for an upcoming trip the following morning and could not eat them due to extremely dry. Their hot coffee is always warm and never hot!!!

Growing up in the northeast, Boston creme donuts and Dunkin was a daily staple.
I bought one today to share with my boys, and recreate my childhood memories. I remember the creme overflowing and busting out of the dang thing. Dripping out over your fingers.

This Dunkin’ is my go to, it’s consistently good, fast and fresh! The croissant bacon sandwich (hold the cheese) and the egg wrap are a staple for me, same with a classic iced vanilla coffee. The team here keeps it moving, not many places I can order, pay and have my coffee this fast 🙌🏼

False price advertised and rude not caring staff lack of management presence.
2nd time got ripped off with specialty donuts advertised for 2.19 but on receipt show 2.19 + 0.50 additional charge of 0.50 while regular specialty like Boston Creme is 1.79. RIP OFF Staff says the management set it up like this. went 2nd time to the store to check if its still like this and this time I requested an receipt and here we go 0.50 extra charge on top of the already higher specialty price.
order terminal out of order waited at the register to place order over 5 minutes with nobody in the store. employees just being rude and sitting in the back and play on phone.
can not recommend this location, see all other reviews I am not the only one getting this bad experience.

Ordered through the drive though. The girl asked my order. I began with a coffee order. She paused and asked me to repeat the order. I began again with the coffee order and 2 sandwich orders. I was very clear on my order as I had to repeat the order again. When I arrived at the window I received my coffee and only one breakfast wrap, as I had also ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin. The girl looked at me like I was crazy. I told her the first food item ordered was the english muffin sandwich. She had the sandwich made but with no cheese. I will tell you this Dunkin is notorious for messing up orders. I try to go back because it is so close to my house.
