I was there this morning I go almost every morning before work Monday-Friday and weekends as well I place my order online I wait inside for about 20 minutes and I don’t see my order anywhere I ask the lady who seemed to be the manager on duty I asked her about my mobile order I placed that I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and she raises her voice and says your just gonna have to wait I have other orders and walks off so I sit down another 15 minutes gone by I got up and asked a gentleman about my mobile order and apparently someone else took my coffee and my food so they had to remake everything for me because the lady placed my food on the counter and someone else took i am very upset with how I was treated this morning

24 hours and they're the only Dunkin' Donuts near me I have to choose this one to go without coffee you have zero problems but morning time the person at the window he never gets your order right at least mine I asked for dark roast they say they have it at the speaker then they try to pull me after I've already waited 30 minutes in line then he gets rude

I went to get my wife and I some food and drinks. We got our food and drinks, but forgot to grab the bagel she had ordered. It was our fault since we had just driven off without even noticing. Apparently he was waiving to us to come back as we drove off, but we didn't notice. We'll when I came back 10 minutes later to retrieve the bagel, we laughed it off. They also, they gave us 2 free ice coffees. That was really nice since it was our fault in the first place. Great customer service!

I ordered a hot chai for my sore throat and the guy who’s the owner gave me an iced chai and when I told him it was supposed to be hot. He raised his voice at and said that I have to check the screen and that it was my fault but the other guy that took the order came out the store to hear me better so I know I said hot to his face and when I pulled around I assumed he would fix it when he went back inside. When I got to the window it was iced. I was trying to explain but the owner kept over talking me so I just took the iced drink and gave to a coworker, it ruined a part of my morning. Oh and my hash browns were burnt!
