It’s become a joke with my family that whenever we go they always get something wrong. It’s always almost the right order but something is always wrong. Today asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and 10 chocolate munchkin donuts. I started to moving out of the drive through line when I looked at the munchkins I noticed they gave me glazed. Got out of my car because I couldn’t back up because someone else was behind me (thankfully the other driver was understanding) told the worker very nicely that I was given the wrong donuts…. Got an eye roll when the took the glazed munchkins away and then gave me the correct munchkins. After I got home to give my wife the food she opened her sandwhich and realized that they gave her a sausage egg and cheese croissant instead of bacon. My fault I guess for not looking at the sandwich before leaving but still slightly annoying that they can’t even get simple orders right

Pulled up at the drive thru at 7:45 this Sunday morning. It was not busy at all. Someone said Good Morning and then nothing. Awkward silence. Eventually I was asked for my order and got a small hot coffee. I could tell when she handed it to me that it wasn't hot and I said so. Even asked her to hold it to show it was not hot. She took it, left with it and returned, saying she had it steamed for me. I took it, but I could tell it was still lukewarm. I don't think anything was done. I just gave up and left with my hardly warm coffee. I am a fan of Dunkin, but this location is ALWAYS subpar.

Honestly, i was disappointed with the hot latte, it was a new flavor, toasted marshmallow I believe it was. The milk tasted like it was over steamed and had an overall slight "burnt" flavor. My fiancés hot chocolate was overly sweet, tasted like there was a BUNCH of melted marshmallow, I love marshmallow, but this was way too much. Felt like I was drinking straight sugar, it was pretty thick as well.

There is nothing better than going to a packed Dunkin'.Donuts on a monday morning getting met with Superior service these girls are some of the best in the business.. And I gratefully Appreciate them and their kindness Erin and Rae .. They are the definition of great service.Keep up the good work kudos to you guys!!!!!

I just want to start off by saying that I use to work at Dunkin and I don’t know if it’s just Lakeland, but there always seems to be an issue with them. With this location, they never have specialty donuts, but the mobile app will allow you to order them which is frustrating. You’ll get to the store and they’ll tell you there that they are out. I also use to work at Starbucks and at least they could edit what was and was not available in their mobile app. Then, I ordered 3 strawberry sprinkled donuts for my kids and they threw them in a bag and they were all damaged with icing sticking to the bag and no longer on the donuts. My kids didn’t even want to eat them.

Parking: It’s always backed up during peak times and makes mobile order have to wait longer because there’s no separate line for in the drive thru for them

Every time I go there and I ask for extra cream cheese on my bagel they only give me half of the cream cheese that I pay for. I really believe that they are starting to scam people because you're paying for something you're not getting.
The WORST service I've ever had.... no hello.... no can I help you...it was 7 at night no doughnuts... they were all on racks not out for sell... just VERY few things.... they looked they they couldn't stand to be there....no thank you... my sandwich wasn't ever toasted.... I mean I was not last min.... they close at 10.... why put up everything so early.... not even a smile.... not going back here.... sorry you guys suck.... Auburndale is waaaaaay and they are in a Walmart 🤦♀️🤷♀️ just saying....if you don't like what you do ... go some place else...cause you make the experience for my 2 year old suck....booooooo

We were taking our time at the menu board ordered our items but when I got my iced latte there was a zero sugar in it after repeatedly telling the clerk taking my order that I wanted liquid sugar and an added pump of sugar in it this is very disappointing for people that have a busy morning and I understand that you guys are busy but you really need to pay attention to detail I really think you could do better
