I went this morning and asked if I could get some donut holes with the Dunkin’ faves coupon and this lady name Shannon she was so rude but Alexis was so nice she always does every time I go.

The rudest staff of any Dunkin that I've ever encountered. Purposefully rude and condescending during a drive in visit on 3-30. That's too bad becuase they make good beverages.

Why so much attitude? Just because we placed the order on the app a minute before hitting the drive thru is no reason to say you "just literally, literally received the order. Like literally. You're going to have to wait." Literally? What literal rudeness. What if we'd ordered at the window? Wouldn't it be the same thing? Then we waited at the window and watched her continually run her hands through her hair (nasty). She opened the window, my husband said hello, and she couldn't even bother to return the greeting. To top it off, the order was wrong. Little miss thing should be fired. It's not that hard, nor that deep.

Cashier can’t count apparently. Gave the correct amount of change and she was trying to hand it back to me in the drive thru. when i asked if she could wipe all the coffee off the cups she snapped and said “Ok can you give me a moment i’m trying to hand you your change back” when i gave her the exact amount of change. We waited 7 mins for two coffees in the drive thru. Get better associates with better attitudes.

Two weeks in a row now I have stopped for bagels to take home for breakfast the next morning where the bagels have been FROZEN. If I want frozen bagels, I'll go to Walmart and buy a bag from the frozen food section. I've bought Bagels every weekend for YEARS from Dunkin and they have always been FRESH which is what I expect. This really TICKS ME OFF.
I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes for help.

Horrible horrible experience on drive thru at 6am. Shannon was incredibly rude, we just left hospital with our baby and had a rough night and only wanted coffee for the long 2 hr ride back home. She acted like we were crazy for wanting oat milk on the side for my coffee creamer as I am lactose free. She gave me a full cup and made sure to charge me alot for it. She was complaining to other staff about it pretty loud. I said I didn't need a full cup just a bit for my coffee so she went back and dumped 90% off it out and gave me cup back!!!! Still charging me full amount until I asked for the manager for a refund. Manager also could care less to hear anything I had to say. How sad that it's so hard to find people that care about their jobs. You never know what someone is going thru so please treat everyone kind.
