The munchkin were dry. Especially the Valentine's ones. Chocolate with sprinkles. The Strawberry Valentine's drink was gross. I had to add Sprite to it. The cream separated from the water base. It got thrown away. Not a lot to choose from in donuts. The staff friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I have ordered a breakfast sandwich that is almost 6 dollars, and this is what I get. You can’t even throw in two more tiny pieces of bacon? I will continue to go to the other Dunkin in town because at least they give you what you pay for.

The entire team at this coffee shop is absolutely wonderful! Every time I visit, the staff greets me with kindness and genuine care. As someone with dietary restrictions, I truly appreciate how attentive they are to getting my order just right—every single time. Will not be back to this location! The employees tonight were rude! Didn’t greet at the speaker, just a rude “how can I help you” sounding like you are inconveniencing her! Then get to the window and she seems to have an attitude and doesn’t have ANY customer service manners or even speak. All to get my order and half way home to realize I’m missing half my order of munchkins. So I go back and pull to the window, explain what I ordered and missing & the girl was even more rude. I said Thank you both times at the window & got nothing at all out of her! Customer service skills go long way!

Asked at the speaker if they had a specific shake, the girl told me to hold on so she could verify. She came back and said yes so I ordered, I pulled up to the window and again asked to make sure it was the specific shake and again was told yes. Once I paid they then came back and said sorry were all out of that shake. So either I hold up the line for a refund or I take a shake I didn’t want. Wasn’t busy at all. Not hard to take pride in your job and do it correctly.

The coffee at this place has become erratic at best! I almost always use the mobile app. So all they need to do is read what I want in my coffee and execute those instructions! They manage to do that maybe once out of every 10 times! The young girls that work there are clueless and this place obviously needs new management. I will be finding a different location!

Needs a better training system. I ordered breakfast as a surprise for my wife, and they got her order completely wrong. We don't have a lot of spending money and spent what we do have to get the order wrong. I should not have to open my wife's food just to see if it the right kind of bagels I paid for.
