Firehouse Subs North Lakeland

Went in to pick up food and there was supposed to be a drink with it but they didn’t give me one so I went back in to ask about it and a young girl at the front yelled at me in front of everybody in the store and said “it’s in the bag!” Everybody in there was looking at us because of how loud she yelled. I will not be doing business there again and neither will anyone I know. That place doesn’t deserve the money theyre getting with that kind of treatment.

I ordered $37 worth of food after waiting awhile to be told they don't accept a $50 bill.

Everyone that works here has the IQ of a used Qtip, I was very patient and waited in the outrageous line for a large cup that I ordered with my mobile order to avoid the line which i did not end up doing, i ended up getting the wrong size drink for the drink cup I actually received and my sandwich was made wrong. When I called to tell them the lady was very rude and has obviously been to lockup. I am very unsatisfied with my visit and will not be returning to this location.

This location always does a great job. They always have my food ready when I come to pick it up, and it’s always accurate. I also love that it’s never extremely crowded even during rush hour.

Refuse my birthday sub because they changed the policy to where you actually have to spend money to earn points in order to get your birthday sub and not within the year but within 6 months prior I'm done with Firehouse subs

The sub sandwich was great. The soft drink was excellent. The service was quick and courteous. Place was very clean.

Ordered a Steak and Cheese. The bread was soggy, meat was cold, mushrooms that I paid extra for was cold and green peppers was cold. Worst steak and cheese I have ever had. Will not order from firehouse ever again. Jersey Mike's 1000x better.

Walked in tonight and was having funds problems with card. Told lady I'd be right back bro .Left to go to get cash, left Wawa with cash and when I got back she gave me the sub free I ordered. Shell shocked , unexpected blessing! She's my hero!!! Awesome lady, just wish I caught her name!

Not worth the 98 north traffic it takes to get there considering they gave me the wrong kind of chips and plopped a soggy pickle right on top of my sandwich even though it’s supposed to come on the side. Have the day you deserve! Thanks for wasting my hour lunch and my money
