Ford's Garage Lakeland

First I just want to say im not even a Review leaver BUT tonight im making an exception so the manger tonight will know exactly how she should handle customers. We visited tonight for my brother n law birthday (His request) Our server was ok we waited for appetizers for over a hour we ordered chicken wings a 6 piece garlic parmeasan and 10 piece buffalo and the nachos. We asked for WELL DONE wings. As my husband was eating and feeding my 2 yo chicken wings I looked down to get a celery and seem what looked like to be blood in the plate of the wings, I called the waiter to ask her why was blood in the wings , She took them back n came out and said I apologize that dont look like their done all the way, As my sister look into her buffalo wings they were also under cooked and the waiter look at hers and took them back to the kitchen n came back n said those also look to be no done all the way would u like me to have them make something else. We both declined as I was completely turned off as my 2 yo was eating those under cooked wings. But here was the thing when she walked off she went and talked to the manager about what happened n not ONCE did the manager come and check on our table , Apologize for the mishap or anything instead she passed our table several times without even a hello I have NEVER experienced that in my life. 2nd thing finally after about 45 mins after the appetizer thing our food comes out I ordered ribs TASTELESS , Barely even any sauce n TASTELESS , my husband burger was DRY he ordered the patty melt the 1000 island was non existent her waited 20 mins for 1000 island sauce after our waiter waited on other tables and completely forgot about getting him the 1000 island we sent our food back, voiced our concerns with our waiter and Yet and still absolutely no manger. The experience was a 1 out of 10. And a 1 because the blue oval drink we got at the end was much needed after this experienced.This was very disappointing. And a waste of a night.

Cool nostalgic vibe BUT the burgers were dry, the wings were undercooked nearly bloody, and the ribs had no sauce and no flavor, and after our waiter notified management no manager came to see what the problem was nor did she even acknowledge there was a problem= bad service although the waiter did try her best she didnt give her name also we waited about an hour to get our food… I wouldn’t recommend

Kemani was our server and she was on fire we had a first timer at the table even gave him the run down I had a burger and you can never go wrong with a FORD BURGER perfection everytime.....

Our server, Zoe was fantastic. The portions were unbelievable, and the food was delicious.

My wife and I stopped to have lunch in the middle of a road trip. We sat at the bar, and Alicia was our server. She did a phenomenal job! The drinks my wife and I had got to half, then Alicia brought a refill. I had the Monte Cristo, and it was the best I've had in over thirty years! Wow! Highly recommend this location and ask for Alicia.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Tiffany! she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She checked on us at just the right times. It really made our visit enjoyable. Excellent service — I would definitely come back again and hope to be seated in their section!
