For a southern restaurant to run out of ribs is not a good thing, and to only have chicken and fish as alternatives is poor planning. They claim to have roots and other locations in BBQ business. I would expect a buffet restaurant to have at 4 types of meats. In all fairness the rest of the meal was good and service was excellent.

The buffet style restaurant was nice. It was very busy. The selection of food was good I loved the dessert bar the most. Haha.... there was 1 rude worker that ran my foot over with the dish cart but I was hungry and didnt speak up so my fault for not but they should habe noticed the big lump in the floor and apologized. I would still go back.

Great buffet of home cooking. Breakfast was incredible as were lunch and dinner. Super salsa bar and excellent desserts. Large variety of fresh veggies as well as meats and breads from which to choose. If you don't want full buffet they offer blue plate special for once through buffet or other options including ordering off a menu. Prices are very reasonable. Bring your appetite and enjoy. Something for all members of family. Reminds you of grandma's southern homecooking from scratch.
