Kaitlyn with a “K” was above average in customer service, she was an experience. I told Kaitlyn is was my deceased father’s birthday and he loved Fred’s! Not only did she express empathy she asked what was his drink order and bought it to the table . It’s those small gestures that leaves a big imprint on one’s heart ! YOU ROCK GIRLFRIEND ❣️
I just wanted to take this moment to thank Ms. Joey our waiter for her amazing customer service , and for her southern hospitality and I can't forget to thank her for her insightful opinions. The food the customer service , everything was amazing. I was able to enjoy breakfast and lunch , and I was blown away with all the wonderful choices of food I was able to choose from. After enjoying the meal with my dad and brother , I asked Dad if he would return for a future visit...
Some family came to visit me from out of town, I wanted to leave them with a lasting impression of a buffet for a different genre. And they were amazed. The atmosphere is welcoming and the pots that they serve the food in is very original. A very warm experience. Fred's definitely delivered the goods. Will always be one of my favorite spots!
