I first ate at Fresh Kitchen in June of this year. I can't say enough great things about this place. Great associates greet you as soon as you open the door. The food is healthy, and Fresh with so many options for vegan AND vegetarians along with carnivores. I eat here several times a week. Absolutely LOVE you!! I've seen reviews that have said it's not as clean as it use to be but we just went last weekend and didn't notice anything off. Good food, tho hubby's six bowl was a little more sparse than mine was when we compared at home.

Absolutely delicious food. Had the spicy cauliflower, chick peas, sweet potato with blackened chicken and the salmon. As we were standing in line we were given sample of the salmon. I usually don't order fish when going out. But that salmon was so yummie that I went for it this time. Super friendly staff as well. Great customer service. Took a pic of their catering info for future reference. ? Recommend if you want a light but filling and healthy meal. We will be adding FK to our fav restaurants list and we'll be going back for sure sometime soon! Really wanna try their sweet potato noodle!!
Update: Been back twice now since this post. I keep forgetting to take a picture of what I had ordered because I just want to dig in as soon as I sit down. I'd already taken a couple of bites but snapped a pic anyway. So good!!!!

Fresh Kitchen provides a very good quality hot one bowl meal. The food selections were fresh and hot. We find that to be the case at prime meal hours. All menu items were available. The portions were what we expected. If you’re hungry I recommend you order the 6 item bowl. I’m not a fan of eating off paper and plastic, but it works.
Dietary restrictions: For gluten free choose the Holy Kale sauce, it’s delicious.
Kid-friendliness: There are some tables with chairs that can be rearranged for high chair seating.

Very good food here! Please try the chickpeas they are awesome! The ordering process is pretty straightforward and easy. I have ordered in person and online, and both ways have been pleasant. The staff is very friendly and quick to help you. This may be my families stop for lunch a few times a week!

We ordered a family meal, since it was 4 of us, I thought there would be a little more to bring home but it wasn’t even enough for the 4 of us. The plates were prepared as if they did not have enough to give us. Despite the food being really good, and the portions for the price, we’re not in time.. when I saw the portion size, I was very disappointed. Everyone had a little bit of food.

Staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. The food is always delicious. I've only been a few times but every time everyone is more than happy to help make recommendations. My first time there they walked me through how to order and what everything was and what went well together. It's one of the reasons I keep coming back.
Kid-friendliness: Even my daughter really liked it. They have a kids bowl with 1 protein, 1 base, 1 veggie and 1 sauce. We usually get the almond chicken, coconut rice, sweet potatoes, and white sauce.

Very clean, easy to figure out newbie menu, staff are sweet helping first timers and experienced patrons with such a great atmosphere. The sesame chicken was a great delicious protein, the rice was cooked spot on, the noodles were a surprise to taste, I cannot describe how delicious, try them! The broccoli was so good, I could have had a lunch of just that on its own. I wanted just water, and was given a cup without a blink of an eye. The outside patio was comfortable, and despite the multiple seating, felt like sitting at one's own back landscaped shaded patio. If you cannot finish the generous portions, the shelf inside has the lids for the bowls and a very sturdy branded bag. Definitely a nice restaurant at a reasonable price point.
