First time i went to fresh kitchen it was okay, my chicken was burnt and the sauces weren’t good. I decided to go back with my boyfriend because we wanted healthy food, let me tell you I am impressed. The food was delicious and the ginger sauce was way better than the first time i tried it. The price point is amazing and way cheaper than SoFresh! I had the sweet tea and it was so good, it’s not overly sugary. The citrus chicken wasn’t burnt and the almond chicken was so good. Definitely will be going back.
Xavier and the gang are friendly and the food is crazy fresh! I think the kale slaw and the broccoli ? are fantastic!

We are from Tennessee that have a place down in Florida. We were there fixing up the place and was in Lakeland. We were needing lunch and this restaurant was suggested to us by a local. I am so glad we went. It was refreshing to have clean food away from home. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It has a modern open atmosphere. Did I say it was clean?!!! We kept coming back while on the trip too. I have never gone on a vacation and kept coming back to the same restaurant. It was that good! I will definitely go back next time.
First visit here was exceptional. The young man behind the counter was friendly and very helpful. Food was very good...although I wish the BBQ chicken was hotter. Second visit, food still good but the people behind the counter were not friendly. If you're not having a good day stay home. Planning on going again today and I'll see how it goes. People be happy you have a job!Vegetarian options: The kale slaw is very good. I also get a side of pico which has been fresh and tasty.

I love it! I brought some home to my grandson and he loved it, too! I tried it in Sarasota and googled it. To my surprise one was here in Lakeland, recently opened! I couldn't wait to get there!Parking: The parking is challenging. Small spaces. Hard to get in and out.
